If I wanted food heated up in a microwave, I would have just eaten at home. There are just too many things about this place that I didn’t like so I am not going to waste my time on it. I won’t ever patronize this place again!

Some of the best pizza in the area, a unique thin, crispy pie. Love grabbing a pie, or splitting one with a friend when back at home in the area.

I had a long distance boyfriend from 2005 – 2008 who nicknamed BOE’s classic pie«crack pizza»; whenever we catch up he still brings it up though he hasn’t eaten it in years. The point I’m trying to make is: Best of Everything pizza is impossible to forget. It starts with the thinnest crust you’ve ever seen: delicate and doughy with perfectly crisp edges. A thin layer of homemade fresh mozz is then topped with tomato sauce and a blend of spices and then cooked to perfection. And there you have it, ladies and gentlemen: Crack Pizza. I’ve never tried anything else from there because I’ve never felt the need to. The inside is deli-like, not super fancy, but the people that work there are very nice. One of the only ultra-casual places left in Ridgewood. Take it from me, if you’re in Ridgewood and are in the mood for a quick pizza, Best of Everything is a must try!

I came here with my boyfriend on a random Tuesday evening. We were sort of pressed for time and grabbed a vodka pizza to stay. This store is really cute, it has a mom and pop feel to it and has a ton of different pre made salads and pasta dishes. The prices are really reasonable and the staff was really attentive and kind. They definitely came up with the perfect name for the location because you do get a little bit of everything here. No matter what you are feeling they probably have it! Being from the BK, I’m so particular about my pizzas… Well they totally delivered ! I only got to Have a slice of the pie because someone ate it before I could get any more :) but I’m looking forward to going back and trying another pie and maybe some other dishes that are recommended. Totally reasonable pricing, parking can be kind of tough in the area but still wasn’t too difficult !

Wanted something very last minute for an Xmas dinner party I was hosting last night(12÷23÷14). We decided to pick up some food from here and were not disappointed in the least. We picked up 4 pizzas, two were plain(beyond delicious) one was pepperoni and vodka sauce(amazing combo) and one was eggplant(yummy!) we got a platter of fried finger food and buffalo chicken mac and cheese! The food was amazing and everyone at my party kept on saying how delicious it was. For being so last minute and having nothing planned food wise we couldn’t have made a better decision. I guess there’s a reason they’ve been there for 28 years!

I had the pleasure of trying out their thanksgiving day menu, and it was pretty good. My cousins got thanksgiving catered by them, which included, a turkey, stuffing, rolls and sides of your choosing. For the sides we had eggplant rollantini, that was awesome. Then there were string beans, they were ok, its hard to mess those up. The stuffing was by far my favorite. It had sausage in it and the flavors were on point. The turkey was just ok. I know turkey can be dry, but this was overly dry. After experiencing this limited menu i would definatley come back and see what else they have to offer.

The food is okay. Am I the only person that is grossed out about the workers never washing their hands or wearing/changing gloves while they make my sandwich. I saw the guy get the chicken cutlet with the tongs. That works for me. Then I actually saw him pat my chicken cutlet with his sweaty bare hands, answer a call on his cell, then he continued making my sandwich and rubbing his bare hands on it. Then handle the money. He told me they make the best chicken cutlet sandwich in town. I don’t really care what he rates his chicken cutlet. That’s gross. I shouldn’t have paid for it. Ate a couple bites and couldn’t finish, thought about his sweaty hands all over my sandwich. Hygiene is important to me. I use to go there for lunch from time to time, but after this experience I would rather not.

I cannot, for the life of me, understand why people rave about this place. I tried it three times, and each time the staff behind the counter were hanging out chatting with each other and didn’t even bother to ask me if I needed help. When they finally decided to help me, they acted as if they were doing me a favor. I’m a low-maintenance kind of customer, but for Pete’s sake, at least make me feel welcome. The food here is nothing great quality-wise. It’s not horrible; but it’s not great. But the exorbitant prices they charge are what really make this place not worth your time. As someone said in one of the other reviews, drive five minutes up the road to Grosso’s La Strada in Midland Park. Some of the specials at La Strada are a little bit on the pricey side, but their food is so fresh and delicious that you won’t mind paying a little bit more. It’s well worth it.

The food quality has increased a bit. It’s not gourmet but at least it’s fresh now. The staff is friendly and helpful which is very nice! Unfortunately, they don’t take big bills($ 20 and up) or credit cards… Makes me wonder how bad they want business. Still some room for improvement but it has gotten better.

I’d love to say that I’ve tried a wide variety of their dishes. However, I’m so addicted to their thin pizzas that I virtually never order anything else. I wouldn’t classify them as pizza in the traditional sense, but they are AMAZING. Thin crust heaven with hearty chunks of tomato and flavorful cheese and spices. Pick one up, you will not be disappointed.

I really can’t give b.o.e. Anything besides four stars. You really can’t miss. Everything behind the deli counter will sufficiently suffice any pallet. I crush the vegetable dumpling. I devoir the mozzarella sticks. I inhale the vodka thin slice pie. It’s by far one of the better food items in the Bergen county area. I love a crispy homemade thin crust. And although the pie is smaller then say a kinchlys or nellies it’s still worth it. Some people are crazy for the buffalo chicken but honestly there is just too many fantastic items I’ve only ever had bites of friends. It was top notch. But why get that when the rice balls are so good it’s hard to leave without getting one to go. Another thing done to perfection are there pasta salads.(Served with most menu items) and last but not least the Sicilian slices of all different kinds are delectable.

Solid Italian deli. Gotta try their little pizzas, very tasty. Mozzarella and sun dried tomatoes are good. Sandwiches are ok, and their fresh Italian cookies, though pricey, are real good. Been here three times, will be back for a fourth.

I kinda want to agree with some of the lower ratings, the pizza is ok but other places make it better, even in the area, and at much better prices. In generall, the prices are high, even for ridgewood. It’s ok, I would define 2.5 as meh so this gets a meh/5.

Order the plain cheese pizza. The thin crust is incredible, the sauce is fresh and light, and the cheese is mouthwatering. It will change your life! Oh, and when you’re leaving, grab some eggplant parm! It’s great for reheating at home for yummy meals!

I’ve been coming to the Best of Everything for 15 years now. I would walk there from the High School for lunch, meet friends there on weekends, my parents have had them cater their parties and now that I am only in the area once a year I always make sure I stop in. The thin crust pizza’s have never changed and are still the best. Always go with the classic plain as it will never let you down. The eggplant rollatini is better than my grandmothers(shhh!!). The mozzarella sticks are amazing when they bring them to your table and the cheese is gushing out and my sister’s eyes still roll into the back of her hear when she has a spoon full of rice pudding.

We come here usually once a month for lunch. Definitely don’t think it’s the best Italian style deli by any means but it’s good. The thin crust vodka pizza as well as the eggplant one is the best ones I’ve had there. The sandwiches are decent and I’ve never had a bad meal. Staff is always really friendly, which is a big plus. Not a fan that a lot of their stuff is warmed up in microwaves and the guys behind the counter just grab stuff with their bare hands as well as work the register all in the same breath.

Not sure what Homer is talking about? We moved here about 12 months ago, and we come here for lunch at least 3 to 4 times a week now! It is that good. The staff members are just the nicest people possible. They make the best sandwiches, thin crust pizza, and vodka sicilian pizza. This place DEFINITELY and 100% have the best mozzarella and rice pudding! We actually lived in Hoboken for 12 years before moving to Ridgewood, and no doubt it is the best! Trust me go in and ask Frank or Kevin to make you a sandwich and you will be a fan!

Well, they don’t have the Best of Everything. Their fresh mozzarella was not that great. They fall way way way behind Fiore’s(Hoboken) and Rosario’s(Montclair). Maybe(just maybe) better than Fairway Market. But the cost makes it an experience I won’t have again.
