Talking about horrible!!! This place is horrible! I walked in and it stunk real bad. But my 6 year old daughter wanted to check it out. Mind you, it was her first time and the instructor didn’t even help her or even show any effort!!! I felt so bad for my daughter that she was ignored !!! The lady inside the office doesn’t even acknowledge you when you come in and they just stare at you. This place is horrible. I think the kids that go there are all from that area and have no choice but to attend that disgusting place. The instructors are horrible. Except for a male instructor that seemed he was into the kids trying to help and teach them. My poor daughter tried it out but the instructor didn’t even help her out knowing it was her first time there. I live in Forest hills and I found a place in Bayside and what a difference!!! The instructor knowing it was her first time did help her and my daughter learned quickly !!! They were kind to the kids as well!!! I am so disappointed with this place and I hope they change their ways in helping kids out …

A Triumph — of rudeness. Excellent performance Cristina; taa-daaa! Overall score: 10! Owner/Director Cristina, CONGRATS on telling — well let’s be honest — yelling at two birthday party guests to GETOUT of your business; your stealth and clear delivery of your message that my kid and me «MUSTGETOUT!» was top of the line. Thanks for making my son cry after the party at your gym by the way; nice touch! Scene: we attend a gymnastics birthday party here recently. After the party ends we await a car coming to collect us as there is no subway nearby. My kid is SWEATING like Aquaman after a sauna because the joyful and energetic staff hosted a fun and active party. Here is my quandary; it’s 45 degrees outside, my son is all wet, the car is late(20 minutes as it turns out), I want him indoors to keep him from catching cold, but another party is about to begin and we — GASP! — are waiting for that car INSIDETHEGYM! I know, I know. The GALL! What cheek! How DARE we?! After the party we had just attended, another party is going to begin shortly and we have to GETOUT!!! You yelled that at us HOWMANYTIMES, Cristina dear? I lost count after 10. I give you Nadia Comaneci high marks at rudeness. Also high marks of 9 in giving decent people the bum rush. Your intimidation tactics are lacking however Cristina, so for that I give you a low 3. I later discovered we were a short walk from a Starbucks, a different indoor spot to wait. But you didn’t bother to TELL me that. You instead yelled GETOUT at us repeatedly. Shame. Shame on you. I calmly asked where YOU would rather we wait — your office, a seat out of the way, near the exit… yet you SAID nothing, instead choosing only to yell at my kid and me to «JUSTGETOUT!». Gross. KUDOS and cheers of sincere appreciation to the positive-energy gymnast staff however; classy and very appreciated at a time that left me stunned. You get a 0 Cristina. Your staff gets a 10. Unilocalers, take your business elsewhere; it’s a big city in a big country with a lot of options. And along those lines of options, if rudeness is your thing visit this spot.

Horrible. My daughters went to summer camp there for 2 weeks until the owner cancelled it. We were notified by email the third week that the owner was sick and was cancelled that week. Then the following week received another email that the whole program was cancelled because of an illness. My 2 daughters were the only kids in the class sometimes and I think the real reason camp was cancelled was because there wasn’t enough kids to keep classes going and they didn’t want to waste time with only a few kids. There was also NO air conditioning and she would have them doing vigorous workouts at the end of the class which I could see from my car when i went to go pick them up. I sent Christina an email about this and about my frustration and she never even responded. DONOT take your kids here. Place has no good management and Im surprised my kids didn’t faint.
