I tried this joint on my break from work instead of the Wawa nearby Boeing. I must say that this has easily become my favorite Philly steak place. Here is a description of my Philly regular steak hoagie with all the fixings.
Philly regular steak hoagie with grilled onions, sweet and hot peppers, lettuce and tomatoes on a toasted kaiser hoagie
* Not greasy at all with lean meat
* Bread is light and not too doughy
* Peppers add the heat and also crunchy bits
* Lettuce and tomatoes complement nicely with the rest of the hoagie
