Tucson Phoenix Express

I booked a ride for a friend and pre-​paid the cost, gratuity, etc ($ 52) ahead of time, etc. He was going to Phoenix from Tucson, one way, at 3:35 AM. We got a call around 6pm the night before stating that since he was the only one on the shuttle, there would be an additional $ 35 fee — this is NOT obvious on the website, tho’ it is on the receipt — BEWARE!!!
I asked him to wait 15 — 20 minutes for a call back from me (I wanted to try another service) and he wouldn’t wait, saying he had to call the night driver RIGHT NOW! Because this was last minute, I agreed to pay the fee. I asked if he needed my visa card, and he said no, it was all taken care of. When we met the driver, she said we had to pay her in cash right then and there. She had to follow me to the bank machine so I could give her cash, and of course she had no change. BTW, the trip to Phoenix was in what looked like her own TINY electric car, not a van,. and my friend had to ride in the back seat! $ 92 for a one way trip to Phoenix — I only did this because it was so last minute, and I had no choice! NEVER AGAIN!!!

No stars. Terrible customer service. I was booked for a shared ride from Tucson to Phoenix and there were inconsistent stories about the route and the cost. This org, Ride Solution, used poorly maintained vehicles and also operates under various names like Chic Sedan, Tucson Phoenix Express and Phoenix Shuttle.
Avoid them!
