I just have to say. The service here is complete and udder disrespect. They employee beauty little teenagers who have no problem flipping customers off as they walk out. Tonight I experienced the worst service I think I have had. I placed my order via iPhone app as I usually do. I waited the time then went to pick it up. There was a young brunette at the front who helped me. She bring my order and one pizza was wrong. So I kindly said. I don’t have time to wait for another on to be cooked could u just refund me my money for this one pizza. She said it ms not their fault they have nothing to do with the orders online. I said I just want a refund I need to get going. She continued to argue and then the manager Matthew chimed in. He supposedly did the refund but provided no proof and then said this isn’t there fault and walked away. I repaid for my food in cash this time. They girl was giving me dirty looks and snarking at the same time. I asked her name. And said I was going to call and complain and she would be lucky if she still had a job when I was done. I then turned around to walk out. Ask I turned a gentleman was walking in. He went to grab a menu and watch the girl behind the count then make faces and laugh while she flipped me off. He happen to catch that and threw the menu and said with this type of service I won’t be ordering here. And walked out. He told me what the girl had done and said he knew the owner and was headed there to discuss the extremely poor service he witness. And this isn’t the first time their employees have been disrespectful to not just me. Horrible service. RUN

This dominos is not as bad as some reviews say. I ordered one of their Philly cheesesteaks and their carbonara chicken pasta for dinner one night. It was hot and tasty even after the 15 minute drive home. The sandwich was pretty full of steak, onions, cheese and mushrooms. Granted, nothing like a REAL cheesesteak from the east coast but not bad at all for a quick dinner. The pasta was nicely cooked and was loaded with chicken, bacon pieces, some onion and some mushrooms. Their pizzas are average of any dominos I’ve been too. It’s always the Hawaiian pizza with Canadian bacon and pineapple… delicious! Crust was nicely cooked. 4 stars!

They have delivery in an area where NOONE else delivers. I’ve not ever had a problem with any of the staff they are always friendly. If you are looking for the best Italian food ever, head over to Vincent’s in Little Italy in NYC. If you want decent food made and delivered by good people, then order from Domino’s in Rimforest.

I’ve ordered here a ½ dozen times and never had a problem. Most peoples issue is customer service it seems. I usually order on line and get delivery. So maybe go this route so you do tot deal with somebody.

Totally obnoxious manager. When trying to place an order over the phone while visiting, he tried to pretend that he didn’t know where the Arrowhead Pine Resort was and demanded an address. I called the office of the resort and they said that Dominos knows the address and that I could give them the cabin. Horrid customer service from the manager. I see why the reviews are atrocious. You cannot have someone that indifferent to customers RUNNING your store!

Horrible service. There was one employee bossing the employees around even when the employee was trying to assist me she kept yelling at him saying he needs to help her so then her got nervous and completely stopped helping me in the middle of my transaction. I was overcharged and and he was trying to assist me but could not do his job due to his rude coworker. Definitely bad moral in this work place which equals bad service.

My pizza arrived soggy, cold with burnt crust, so I won’t be ordering again from them.

It’s domino’s. What can you say? It’s cheap and fast, but definetly not the best pizza out there. Most of the employees are high school aged, and it’s fairly obvious that they don’t give a rip about their customers on most instances. I order online a d pick it up, because I can’t handle dealing with these immature people in person any more than I need to.

Best in Crestline. Consistent delicious taste each time. We choose delivery. The drivers are really courteous and prompt. We order online and enjoy the coupons.

I’ve been here a dozen times with delivery and pick up. It is a chain restaurant so take that into consideration. Although I do have to say I absolutely would not eat dominoes growing up, last few years they changed their recipe and it is 100% better!!. I have always received quickness and politeness from this location. I have never been hung up on or told to hang on for 20 min. Its good pizza now for a chain and the price is great!

I don’t know if it’s the manager, Jorge that has turned this place around but I have been ordering from them, nearly once a week for about a year now(crazy, I know, but there’s a reason!) but every single order has been right. The staff has been super friendly(oh, knock on wood, hopefully I don’t jinx it!) and the Domino’s sauce and crust, I believe have gotten better(I think there was a campaign a year or so ago, trying to better their product, etc.). I don’t really know, like I said, if it’s the manager or maybe the Domino’s campaign to revive sales, but it’s working! Not too long ago, I ordered something online that they didn’t have available. The manager called me personally(this is how I know who he is) and apologized extensively for having run out of ‘my usual’ but promised me a free order next time. My order was quite expensive but he was good on his word… my pricey order was free the following visit. Excellent customer service. P. S. I also order online for my son who is attending school out of state, once a week. Easy ordering and his order is right every time, as well! I think we’re keeping Domino’s in business :)

It’s almost a game now for my boyfriend and I to see what they’ll mess up/forget each time we order. We had a good streak with Domino’s for a while, which is why we continued to order. But lately, they can’t get anything right. The last few times we ordered they kept forgetting the same thing, so the next time, we specifically asked them to please not forget this item. They didn’t forget, but instead, they gave us the completely wrong pizza. When I called to let them know, the«manager» wouldn’t listen and just kept asking for my phone number in which I ordered with to «double check» the order for next time. I wasn’t going to leave a number where they could spit in my food if I ever ordered again. Here’s an idea: maybe just check on ALL orders before they go out.

I literally just called and canceled our order and placed it with Pazzo’s! I waited on hold for over 25 minutes and the young lady hung up on me when I told her that it was unacceptable. To top it off — the quoted delivery time was an hour and 20 minutes! Enough is enough! I’d rather pay more for better service & food! UGH!

I planned my kid’s birthday party and called this morning and ordered and paid for the delivery of 4 extra large pizzas. They called to tell me that they are not delivering anymore. Then they called me back and said that they are closing their store from 4 – 5 inches of snow. And they told me that it will take 2 – 3 business to get my money back into my account. Pazzo’s in Top Town delivers in the snow for an extra few bucks and there pizza is much better food. But, my kid likes the junk, greasy food at Dominos. Don’t give them your business and go to other restaurants that are way better quality. We are mountain folk for god’s sake and a few inches of snow should not be closing a franchised restaurant.

We have given this place many chances. We’ve been yelled at on the phone and hung up on. We’ve had the wrong pizza delivered and been told, «Oh, well.» Tonight we ordered online for pick up. All they had to do was hand us our order when we showed up and that was beyond the staff. We stood there for almost ten minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge our presence. Someone walked by about half way in and said someone would be with us soon. That someone was a surely woman who said, «What?» I said we had an order for pickup and she barked, «NAME?!» I wasn’t aware that the proper procedure was just to walk in and say your name. Most places understand social niceties. She then picked up the boxes I’d been staring at for ten minutes and asked us to pay for them, again. I looked at the clearly printed«PAID» on the side and explained that we already had(if we hadn’t, we wouldn’t still be there). She then handed us our cold pizzas and turned away. It was the last straw for a place that has a history of horrible service. I believed the people who told me they had improved. The food was actually a little better, but not good enough to stand the treatment.

The quality has improved but still not very good at all, they need to use more sauce and toppings like their pictures portray.
