I had a very bad experience at a GM Buick dealership in Alabama. It absolutely disgusted me that I had purchased my vehicle with them. However, my visit here recovered my husbands and my dedication to buying General Motors instead of going to competitors. From the second I called and explained I was new to the area and needed service to my car Rebecca stepped right up and made sure my needs were met. I arrived to my appointment was immediately greeted by a man name John (I hope that’s his name) he was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the operations of his facility I asked how long he said one hour and a half and he beat my expectations by at least thirty minutes! How awesome! Rebecca was also so very kind to come introduce herself and welcomed me to call and ask her questions anytime! She is truly as asset to your business and please appreciate her for that!
