Took my car in on a Wednesday morning at 9am for an oil change and tire rotation. Girl behind the counter said it would be about an hour. We came back in more than an hour and they didn’t even start it yet. We told them the car must be done by 11:00 because my wife had to leave for work at that time. They said«No problem». We came back at 11:00 and it was still on the lift and the mechanic hadn’t even refilled the oil yet. They were finally finished at 11:15 and the manager did not even give an apology of any sort when my wife said that they now officially made her late for work. No «Sorry mam, we didn’t realize our work log» or «Sorry mam, we don’t really care about customers and their schedules, we have our own schedule and break times we need to worry about.» We brought the car there during a slow time of the week/day, if they would have just said that Bubba called in sick or some other reason it would take more than 2 hours to do an oil change, we would have went elsewhere and maybe tried them again another day. We have 5 cars in our household and are new to the area. We will NOT give them another dime of our business again! I work at one of the largest companies in this area(aviation company), and I will voice my experience to my coworkers. This place really needs a good manager, anyone looking for a job?

I have used this place a few occasions and they did very good work at a very fair price. Only reason for not 5 stars is on one occasion I had work scheduled for a Monday that was a federal holiday. I double checked while in person with them, «Are you sure you’re going to be open? Yes» To only show up and find a note on the door«CLOSED for holiday» Not cool.
