We wanted to consider a new washer after 23 years of success with a Kenmore. The salesperson was so helpful on the phone. She explained carefully the many choices. We purchased one and then delivery delayed by storms. We are happy with the washer but no paper work accompanied delivery. It took a week to resolve.
