Horrible management! The operations manager sold me on paying monthly for set yard maintenance and then took that as permission to send a crew whenever he felt like it. Often the crew would not show and there would be no call or explanation unless I called the manager. Then, I would get excuses. When the crew did show, they did a decent job. After I had finally had enough and let the operations manager know it, he stopped answering his phone and emails. Then they had the audacity to bill me for two months where no service was provided. Not only did they bill me for these two months, but sent me late notices a month later. Avoid this business!
