This is a good place for what it is. This is «last resort» housing. The staff watches the security cameras religiously. The pool is decent and the A/C works good. It is the best in its price range. The staff can be gruff from always dealing with the «down on their luck» crowd. If you are down on your luck and can play by the rules you will like this place. They do a good job keeping the criminal element out. The furniture and fixtures are worn but clean. Only their weekly rates are cheap. The wifi is very slow and intermittent, so cheap 3G is advised if you can afford it.
