McDonald’s

My most recent experience was terrible and I won’t be back. The cashier was rude and distracted, the restaurant was filthy, and then it took twenty minutes for them to make my two combos — when they weren’t busy, and had several employees standing around looking bored. My burger was cold, and the fries were soggy and disgusting. While waiting by the counter for my food, several customers came in from the drive through to complain about missing items in their orders. This store needs to get its business together.

The restroom were horrible. No toilet paper in any of the stalls. Had to go to the staff and wait forever for someone to help us. We walked out. No paper no food!!!

We drove through on a holiday weekend so I understand that there will be heavy traffic and supplies that may run out. I am also a former McDonald’s employee from North Carolina. With that in mind, on Black Friday, we were at the front counter and they were out of McGriddles. I thought it was odd considering they still had their whole weekend in front of them. We came back through the drive through on the way back through Ringgold as we were stuck in traffic. We waited 20+ mins just to get to the window and they told us they did not have any smoothies. We asked to speak with a manager. Instead of getting apologies we got excuses about the fact that she «only got a 400 piece truck» and «it’s a holiday weekend so we are busy.» She then gave us three coupons for small fries and said «that should be good for a meal at any McDonald’s.» We also saw her eating cookies through the first drive through window and laughing and talking with employees.

McDonald’s could learn many lessons from Chick filet. There was one server on the front line Saturday at 2:30 with the line near the entry door. The bathroom was filthy with the trash can running over and the drink area was filthy as well.

DRive thru girl had a really bad attitude. Very poor customer service.

Where is the crew chief? I stopped in to grab a burger was waited on by Noël who took my order and rang me up. My issue came with overheating a crew member named Kyle respond to a young lady working the drive thru when she asked him for assistance fillng an order. Hearing him say «I’m not your bitch» was just disappointing and sad on so many levels.

Visited them in Christmas Day. The restaurant is still new and fairly clean. The service was very slow. I think they were understaffed. The food was average for McDonalds.

The food was decent, but I was amazed at how poorly this location is organized. While my food and experience was ok, I saw some pretty pissed people in there. I didn’t get a good vibe and would probably avoid it in the future.
