I had long hair when I walked in and I walked out with a chop job. She never discussed with me what style i wanted. I asked her not to cut too much but she acted like she knew better than me and then proceeded to do what she wanted. Before I knew it, all my hair was on the salon floor. A salon assistant blew dry my hair on low setting. I looked awful when I left and I cried when I got home. I don’t recommend this place.
