The Ringwood Public Library in New Jersey sponsors the New Legacy concert series on occasional Sunday afternoons. Run by volunteers, and funded by grants and donations, live music is presented to an intimate audience of about 150 people. Ticket fees run $ 20 to $ 25 per event. Yesterday’s show was the always-exciting John Hammond, a great blues artist. John did a 90-min. set, and then a meet & greet with the audience. The legendary blues harpist James Cotton will do two shows on November 7th, 2010. TIckets go on sale June 1st. Check the website for more info:
