A really honest, straightforward, first-​rate experience. The only body shop among a few I visited that provided me with a definite, firm estimate, printed out from a computer with all the details, not leaving anything open to all kinds of last minute add-​ons and with a reasonable price, besides. The only body shop where, as a female, and an older woman, I was able to feel that I was being provided with accurate information and not being taken advantage of (my experience at a local Toyota dealership was dismissive, ridiculous — and I was even given the wrong information regarding the part required). Michael Knowles and one of his technicians also provided me sufficient time when I came in to ask a number of questions and, at no point, did I feel dismissed or rushed. I came away relieved, after having performed a pretty exhaustive search, that I had found the right place. Not only was the price right, I had a constraint in terms of timing that, somehow, in spite of how very, very busy they are, was met. I was extremely pleased with my interaction with Veracity Collision Services. I think they distinguish themselves with their professionalism, decency and know-​how.
