Avalon Flooring

I have utilized Avalon for several items, including rugs, blinds and hard wood florring.
Watch for the bait and switch on hard wood flooring.
I recently orders 4 blinds for my sliding glass door and window.
3 of the blinds were installed with no problems.
The one sliding glass door blind has been nothing but a nightmare.
They needed to remeasure the door after the original order, and the blind still was not right.
Very expensive for zero customer service and poor quality.
Try a big box store instead.

I had an issue that Avalon Carpet Tile & Flooring says they will rectify, I received a call from Brian and he assured me that they would help to correct the situation. I had a great salesperson (Donna Mixner). I will post again when my problem is corrected.

Store manager John Lumbard contacted me and rectified my situation. The laminate flooring I had installed looks great. I really love it.

We are very pleased with the professional, attentive service and high quality products at Avalon Carpet Tile & Flooring in Rio Grande. When we were looking to build a new home in North Wildwood, the good folks at Avalon walked us through an array of flooring options and worked patiently with us as we narrowed down our choices.
We started out looking for hardwood floors and tiled bathroom floors, but what we ended up with was much better for us. Our bathroom floors look like 3D tile, but in fact are a single sheet of smooth, premium vinyl. For the hallways and living areas we chose premium vinyl strips that look like wood but are durable and, if damaged, are easy to replace. And the Karastan carpets with thick padding in the bedrooms are a delight to walk on and don’t leave footprint impressions.
Avalon had a great selection of tile to choose from for our master bathroom shower and our kitchen back splash, and everyone really likes the Hunter Douglas window shades, especially the automatic ones.
Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable and patient. With great customer service, a huge selection of quality products, and reasonable prices, Avalon Carpet Tile & Flooring was an excellent choice for us, and we highly recommend the store.

I think this store has the best selection for floors, tile and carpets. I am in the middle of a renovation and it was an was an easy, simple transaction. I also have used the Cherry Hill, NJ and King of Prussia, PA locations.

A great experience getting carpet for our family room. Our sales agent, Mary, was pleasant to work with. Avalon Flooring has multiple locations and we chose the carpet while we were down the shore and had it installed at home in Philly. The measurer came to the house and was able to figure out installation a little cheaper. That was much appreciated since room was about 15′ wide. Dedicated installation duo completed the job in about 3 ½ hours just in time for Thanksgiving. They were running a no interest deal at the time. A very nice experience getting some quality carpet.
