Elkhorn Rv & Self Storage

The managers were incredibly nice and helpful in setting up a place for our RV. We just bought a trailer and they worked with us in getting it set up with all our paperwork and registration. The only thing I didn’t like was the gal working up front, Debbie, who was quite rude to me and other customers that walked in. I can’t give less than five stars though because we really did get all of our needs taken care of with smiles and urgency.

Never go here worst owners ever who clearly need to hire someone else to run it for them. Horrible horrible horrible. We paid $ 115 for the first month for a 10×15″. They advertise a truck for the convenience of moving your stuff from your home to the storage unit, which is WHY we picked this unit. The day we signed up the gentlemen (he was nice and helpful) at the front desk informed us that the owners were on vacation and we couldn’t use the truck until they were back. We were ok with this because we would use the truck when they got back. We called them TODAY and they conveniently have a million excuses and cannot allow the truck to be used today. My husband took today off from work to move out things to this storage unit with the truck they said would be available. We have to be out of the house by tmw and now we have to rent a uhaul truck AGAIN. This place has FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, is TERRIBLY RAN BY THE MANAGEMENT-​OWNERS and they make excuses. In my opinion, no excuse is ok when you are running a business and your customers are lied to by your advertisement.
