Needed to find an eye doctor and randomly and hesitantly chose one. It was Dr. Bigelow. What a pleasant appointment!
Dr. Bigelow was extremely thorough, easily to understand, explained each test he did on my eyes and most of all was very personable, relatable and easy to chat with; about both the appointment and everyday conversation. He printed my prescription so that I could find frames I liked at any other frame shop.
The wait was a little longer than I would like at a doctors office (20+ minutes after my scheduled time), even with arriving 15 minutes early.
