Just checking in and already not happy… They didn’t give me my 20% discount, although front desk girl was nice about it, said they’ll do it before I check-out. I think they’re hoping I’ll forget… I won’t! Also, there are 3 of us, and she have me 1 plate, 2 cups and 2 forks, wth?! Walking to our room, I notice how dingy the carpet is, the room isn’t much better. TG the ac works! So after our 1st night here, the bed not like the photo on the website, fluffy and comfortable looking, not even close. However, I did sleep well. Hopefully, not only because I was exhausted after of our 18 hour road trip. On a good note, the shower pressure is good! Breakfast, hmm… no name muffins, Nature Valley granola bars(single size), Quaker instant oatmeal, no fresh fruit, hot water for oatmeal or no name tea, was not hot, tea was cold by the time I got back to my room. That reminds me, the elevator didn’t come when called, took stairs after waiting several minutes. Older woman was on 2nd floor waiting for it too, she didn’t look too thrilled about having to take the stairs.

Have been here off and on for months. Boyfriend works in Albuquerque. We live out of state. I held off Unilocaling until he agreed we could look for another hotel. Here are just a few highlights… We have asked a total of FIVE times to have the phone fixed. Always a promise, never fixed. There is mold in the shower. See pics. And scudge behind the bathroom faucet. The sofa is filthy. We asked to have the room cleaned better. Looks the same. We asked to have the sofa cleaned. Again… Promises. Promises. The room above us has been rented to a family of buffalo that roam 24⁄7. BUT… the final straw… We came back after a weekend at home, late Sunday night. Our room was OPEN. not just unlocked, the door was left OPEN. I get that this is not the HILTON. But add up months of income for this hotel. All they are required to do is maintain security and cleanliness and function. I would fail them on all three. Oh. AND… don’t expect to be able to use your cellphone. You literally have to walk out to the edge of the very busy road to get what is still an intermittent signal. I do not make a habit of ripping businesses in my Unilocal.And i always recognize staff for excellent service. I am NOT mentioning names. People gotta make a living. And… I am spending the day looking for another hotel.

Clean runs and excellent staff. Marissa at the front desk is a constant stream of how can I help you and just ask. Wonderful service for a fantastic price.

This morning the front desk girl came into my room while I was asleep & asked if we were staying another night or checking out. I was half asleep & uncomfortable being woken up like this while i was in bed in my pajamas. I explained my boyfriend said he paid for another night since I had a late flight so I could sleep. She said she would go check. I tried to call down but the phone in the room had no dial tone so I called on my cell she said whoever handled the booking didn’t write it down so she didn’t know, even though it is in the computer. I was pissed off that she did that to me & wide awake! The bed is so hard & sags so bad in the middle we had to get extra pillows to put behind ourselves to stop from rolling into each other. The room is dirty not dusted & we just arrived so its not from us. I didn’t bother including pics of structural defects that would require more work than a cleaning! The sheets had hair on them too! We’ll never stay here again! Spend more money some where else. You can always make more money but you’ll never get your time back.
