This is the most amazing nail salon I’ve been to. I do not know what the others are talking about as everytime I come I get the best gel manicures and pedicures. Although they don’t all speak English fluently, the techs are nice, and efficient. They will do any design you request for. Joyce is very sweet and very friendly.

Do Not Have Your Nails Done Here! I couldn’t get in to my regular Salon, so I read on Unilocal these folks were good. THEY ARE HORRIBLE! i walked in and got an appointment with Joyce right away. She is a very sweet lady, we talked and I got a fill and color, which 4 of the nails lifted and fell off within 3 days. I went back, and she told me my nails were too old, (which she didn’t tell me btw ~ and they weren’t) So I let her talk me into fixing for me. My real nails are thin and peel, so she was going to make this «new» product be great! NOOOOOOOO 2 ½ hours and $$ 60 dollars later, I had one had that looked fairly decent if you took a quick look, my right hand was Matt finish bumpy lumpy and lots of cement all around my nail bed and underneath the nail. I cried all the way home, I was so mad. One week later I went to a Salon who told me that they were put on incorrectly and could get water between the nails, and cause infection. DO NOT go here. I called the BBB.

They did an amazing job with my nails and eyebrows. They take there time and don’t make you feel like your just another dollar. Joy did my eyebrows perfectly and Tammy did my mani and pedi! Which was perfect thank you ladies for catering to such a picky person ;) I will definately go back.

First time ever going to a nail salon in New Mexico considering I just moved from California. So satisfied with their services ! I wish I would of gotten the ladies name who worked on me, she was so sweet and made sure I was comfortable and served me a water. Love their work! And know I’ll be going back soon !

The worst music, the worst decorating and the worst products. The girl also cut my cuticle too deep it’s still painful.

I love coming here! These ladies give the best nails service I’ve had for great prices. They are thorough but also don’t waste time. They are also really nice. The facility is clean, they wear gloves at all times, and use an autoclave. I will be coming here for quite a long time. I’m currently enjoying the best pedicure I’ve ever had which includes skin exfoliation and a hot stone massage on your calves! Heaven!

Awesome. I decided to try them out because of an FB post from a friend and how super clean they are. I got Lisa for a pedicure and waxing. She was great and my brow and lip wax was excellent. After I got home I realized that my left heel had not been scrubbed well. I went back and it was immediately taken care of. I just need to remember to check my heels next time. Great service.

After reading positive reviews, I decided to check this place out. When I got there the place was packed! Good sign. I only waited about 15 minutes to get a gel manicure. The employees were nice, but very very quiet, almost overworked tired. Regardless, all of the implements they used were sanitized and came in their own wrapped package. The files and buffers were disposable which eased my cleanliness fears. One downside of the disposable tools was that they were very small which made it hard to use the tools with ease. Overall beautiful manicure and reasonable prices.

I had been going to a salon closer to my home not only for convenience, but because they were exceptional in customer service and cleanliness. Unfortunatley, it is under new management and it hygienic practices have declined. I had heard about Nails Maxx from a friend and decided to go check it out. Joyce and her entire staff were very welcoming and polite. The manicure, pedicure and waxing experience was very enjoyable. I have found a new place for all of my pampering needs. Highly recommend!

This place is AWESOME! They do a great job and they are so friendly. They are also very talented I go in there requesting some crazy stuff sometimes and they always make it work beautifully!

Being a transplant from CA and a professional who is also a metro sexually I know good v bad where nail salons and spas are concerned. 11−2−14, Sunday, I was headed home from a shooting date at the local Range. On a whim I decided to drive by to see if it was open. To my good fortune, it was.
My Operator was Jen. Vietnamese with perfect English. The salon is clean and well kept. She removed a new set of tools to do my feet. They were in a sealed package as if from an autoclave which I am sure they were. I selected ‘the works’. Pedicure, manicure, and hot paraffin wax on my hands and feet. Jen was gentle and professional.
I was in heaven for one hour! In addition to the wax, she applied hot towels to my feet and hands. I had a difficult time staying awake, I was so relaxed. The big surprise was the cost. In CA I would pay $ 60.00 for just a pedicure with all that was done to my feet let alone a manicure. I did not pay anywhere that amount. I was so thrilled I tipped $ 20.00 and purchase a large bottle of the massage lotion she had used on my hands and feet. The lotion massage of my hands and feet was reminiscent of Ted Neeley in the role of Jesus in JCSS.
Want to treat yourself and a date to a wonderful experience, then get your tush over there. I already have plans to take a lady friend for a nail spa date.

The cleanest most friendliest nail shop in alb/​rio Rancho. I really love this nail shop. They use a new package of disposable tools for every client. They are line the pedicure chairs. The price is reasonable. They use hot stones for your massage, it’s wonderful. I have yet to get any designs but I’m sure they are really cute.
