Staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful. For a smaller store they always seem to have what I am looking for. I appreciate how they want to help. Also a great place to fill up your propane tanks. Much cheaper than the exchange rate at typical gas stations.

I’ve got to send kudo’s out to Sharon, Store Manager. For going above and beyond, with helping me get a difficult return resolved. It took me 3 trips to the bank & 3 trips to Ace. Its so nice having a hardware store close to home. The customer service is amazing! The prices are decent. My hubby and I love the Clark Kensington paint brand they sell. We read in a home magazine that it was voted the #1 brand. They were not kidding the color is vibrant and coverage is superb.

I just moved to New Mexico, and in the mail I received a $ 10 coupon for any item over $ 10. I went into this store on the day that it expired. My newborn & I walk in with no greeting (there was an employee at the entrance). People are blocking the aisle I need to go to, without bothering to move, so we stroll all the way around to get back to the RoundUp Weed Killer. I find what I need & go stand in line for a few minutes. A man stands in line on the other side. When it’s my turn, the cashier offered to help the other man first. Luckily he was nice to say that I was first. Come to find out, I was off by one day, that was my fault. But they still didn’t offer the coupon! I work in retail & even if a coupon expires, we ALWAYS offer it. I will never shop there again. What a nice welcome to the neighborhood.

New hardware store that opened a few blocks from my house. Be sure to get a rewards card. Remodeled business that had been closed for over the year I lived here.
