We really enjoy their gluten free pizza. The staff is the best! They are always friendly and fast. Today they brought out samples of their soups and a gluten free brownie. All very good!

Staff is nice and the pizzas are amazing. If I want pizza to take home for my family I go to Pizza 9. They taste is amazing, the crust is cooked to perfection, and the toppings are so yummy. The only reason why it is a 4 star instead of a five is price. Price is a bit high but not so much that it will loose my business.

Although the food is tasty, I had one experience that ruined it for me. I ordered ravioli and chewed on a spent staple, finding two other staples in my meal. Given, I had received a free meal of equivalent value the next day. However, that is not going to recoup the cost of what I found later. I have a chip in the side of my tooth found at a dentist appointment about 2 – 3 months later. I contacted corporate and they directed me to call the restaurant. When asked how to file a claim, an employee told me the manager would call me back and commented that it had been too long to consider any damages. The manager never contacted me back. The employee was able to look up my order in the system, but I forgot the exact date. I called back a week later and asked to speak to the manager. The manager stated that the order was so old it could not be found in the records. They provided a general email address and the franchise owner’s name. I sent an email detailing my experience and have not heard back from Pizza9. It’s a simple issue. The restaurant’s insurance could easily cover this situation. However, the restaurant isn’t being very responsive, and I will not purchase from them again because they have breached my trust.

Nice on the phone, but pizza lacked toppings– could barely taste the chicken

Pretty good pizza but I don’t think I’d classify it as deep dish like they advertise. Price is a little much but it is a step up from the big chains. I’d try them again for a different entrée.

Pizza was ok. Nothing to rave about — over priced — would have gone to another nearby Pizza restaurant if delivery wasn’t required.

Just had the Cheese Stuffed Crust Pizza. Today was the first day, and the delivery guy said we were the first ones to order it from the 528 location(but if I were them, I would say that to every person who ordered it hahahha! Hooray for indirect marketing!). SUPERDANK. I loved it. Stretchy awesomeness! Tastes great whether it’s reheated or has been just sitting there for hours… I tried both. Get it! Pizza NIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINE!!!

We had a very nice meal consisting of a huge pizza and a corned beef sandwich. They were big servings with enough to take home for another meal. Pizza was perfectly cooked and delicious. Staff was very courteous and helpful as we didn’t know what to have at first. Overall, a very nice experience and we will come back again.

Save yourself time and money, this pizza tasted the same as Pizza Hut. I gave my coworker some and he said the same thing. This is not deep dish… pan yes but not deep dish.

I’m from Chicago and take my word-that ain’t no deep dish pizza. Look, deep dish comes from an actual deep pan, not extra dough at the crust. The sauce tasted like right out of a can and tinny. Pizza was ready before I got there and I’m not that far away. Couldn’t find the pepperoni, toppings very limited. I think this is on the league of little ceasers. Hmmm, just like Domino’s, plus cheese is supposed to be in the middle. My wife is a trained Chef and she can come by and teach you how to make a pizza the right way. Sorry Charlie, lost us for customers.

Took very long to deliver and order was wrong. The half that was correct was delicious.

They were friendly on the phone & the delivery time was fast, but the pizza was just OK… well actually, less than OK. Being hungry, I tore into it, only to find the crust was greasy, the pie was lacking sauce, the ingredients were not evenly distributed, and the flavors were also pretty bland. Then, no cheese or red pepper packets were included, which was a bummer since I was assured on the phone and by driver they would be in the bag with the paper plates :-( Maybe I ordered on a bad night, but It reminded me a lot of basic late-night Pizza Hut grub to soak up the alcohol, which is what Pizza9 was that for me that night. Wouldn’t bother ordering it for a non-intoxicated meal, especially since a small 9″ specialty pizza ended up being $ 14 with the added delivery fee.

Great food ad service!!! Freshly made, love their pizza sauce and crust. Pizza sauce is perfectly made with the right amount of herbs and spices, the crust is awesome! Love this place. I wish there was a location in Santa Cruz!

My family was hungry right around 6 so we decided to try Pizza 9 again. The last time we had a horrible experience with them taking so long to deliver. So I jumped online and ordered the Deluxe using my CC. I never received a confirmation email so I decided to wait 10 minutes and call the business. I spoke to on of the employees and told her that I had never received a confirmation email and my CC had already been charged, she looked and said that they never received the order. I hang up and decided to try an order again using the online service but couldn’t logon. I called the business again to get the same person and ask to speak to a manager to get a refund. She puts me on hold for 10 minutes, I decided to hang up and call again. I get a gentlemen on the phone and ask to immediately speak to a manager and I get put on hold again, no one ever picks up the phone I they hang up. I had it by now and just decided to try calling the next day to get my refund. Low and behold 50 minutes later my doorbell rings. PIZZADELIVERY!!! Really!!! The employees told me twice that they did not see an order come through under my name. Customer Service sucks at this place. Pizza was yummy, but I would never order again! Delivery guy was friendly and that was the only reason I tipped him a few bucks! Worse place ever!

So it was pizza night in our household and decided to give Pizza 9 a try. We ordered the deluxe, which was quite yum. We also got a smaller thin crust pepperoni, that was quite greasy and really this but full of pepperoni. Ordered a large salad which was a HUGE disappointment. Menu stated it came with lots of ingredients but only had 4 half grape tomatoes, 4 carrots, 4 thin slices of cucumber, around 4 onion slices, and a pinch of cheese. Where was the boiled eggs and bell peppers that were stated. Family was mildly disappointed with all the hype of Pizza 9. Back to Dion’s pizza and salads until we find something better. We give pizza 9 a –9!

I was in New Mexico for the day and I was craving Pizza. This was the first place I saw. I don’t regret coming here at all. The tomato sauce was a but runny. But it was all good. They were generous with the toppings and it really hit the spot.

Soo, gotta love Pizza9 on having gluten free pizza for Celiac freaks like me. I’ve always received a pretty awesome pizza from them and so has my roommate, who gets regular pizza. The only things I wouldn’t recommend ordering from Pizza9 are their salads and also their Fire Eater Gluten Free Pizza. Their salads are definitely subpar to Dion’s nutritious, iceberg lettuce goodness. But who can compare to Dion’s? As for their Fire Eater GF pizza, it just gets too soggy… At least that was my experience.

Probably won’t order again unless I’m home alone and incapacitated or whatever. They are one of two places that delivers to my rural a$$. The delivery guy was really nice and patient as I struggled with my gate and carrying the pizza inside, etc. The fries were aiight. Just Kroger fries… well, fried. The pizza was ok. Not traditional flat crust, more like Dominoes. Very very meh. Their toppings were pretty generous, but nothing to write home about. Too expensive to be a regular occurance, too.

Man, I could be harsher on this place, but I guess the pizza wasn’t terrible. But I can’t help but feel like there is very little separating this from the Pizza Hut I used to eat years ago before I decided to shun chains for the local spots that would presumably take more care for their products and use good ingredients. I ordered delivery from a friends house on the West Side and being unfamiliar with the menu I asked them about specials to which they offered me a 2-topping large and wings for $ 19.99. It sounded like a reasonable deal and I ran with it. They were wise to let me know the delivery would take about 45 minutes, as that’s exactly how long it took and those who hadn’t made the call began testily asking where the pizza was. When it did arrive, I noticed there was a $ 2.50 delivery fee tacked on to the price, plus tax, and then with the few dollars of tip I’d initially planned to tip, we were up to $ 26 bucks for pizza and wings. As we say back in NYC, that’s OD. Being hungry, we tore into the pizza, only to find after one slice that all were practically full. Yup, these slices are so damn doughy, it’s like a loaf of bread in each. Occasionally, you’d get some crunchy crust and be delighted, but between this is you’re up to your elbows in grease and dough. The pepperoni and sausage on there seemed all too similar to what the big chains serve too. But the real insult came when I opened up the box of wings. Yikes! First off, it looked like they’d taken Austin Powers bald cat, chopped him up and thrown a side of blue cheese in. Seriously, these wings were creepy looking. Then I picked one up and it looked like Mark McGwire’s bicep in the roiding days. I couldn’t bring myself to try them. I don’t know a lot about the West Side pizza options, but I’m thankful that around my neighborhood there are easily 5 – 10 better pizza spots. I won’t eat here again.

I think I.W. may be a little critical. It’s not that bad. But, there was a lot of potential that seems to be going untapped. Prices are all over the board. You can order online, but those prices are different than the menu on the website, which is different than the downloadable printed menu. Seriously — three different prices for the same item? Bush league. However, the people were cool. Nothing great, but nothing terrible. Food, we tried a little of everything… Salad — Really big, but not that great. It was a huge container of lettuce, with a couple small grape(cherry?) tomatoes on it. It was lite on cheese, and missing our egg… Sandwiches — Big, great combination of ingredients, but not overwhelmingly flavorful. No side — chips, pickle, nothing — a little disappointing for $ 6, or 5, or 5.50 –whatever. Pizza — The pizza was good enough; deep dish was not greasy at all. But, again, kind of bland, long on potential, short on flavor. I can do better, you can do worse. My whole experience left me thinking this is a company that is expanding way too fast, and needs to slow down and get their stuff together first.
