Was so ecstatic to find an esthetician who used Gly Med products! Dermasound has been the best thing I had ever had done to my skin but it seems to not be very common so I was beyond willing to go see Janice just based on what she used. I am so glad I did! Janice is so cordial and welcoming and immediately makes you feel comfortable.
The service was very relaxing in spite of the huge amount of work my skin needed and received. Janice really helped me figure out what I was doing wrong and what products I should be using.
I live in Northern New Mexico and will gladly make the four hour drive for facials at Skin Essentials whenever I can!

Janice was just amazing! I am from Albuquerque and have tried many other high-end salons in town for waxing and she is by far the best that I have ever been to. Her salon is in an office building but feels like you are in a great spa. It is VERY clean and she is very through. I will recommend her to everyone I know, she is fantastic!

While I was visiting my family in Albuquerque, my mom, her best friend, and I decided to spend an afternoon together getting facials. Not only did Janice do a great job, she made it a fun experience with strawberries and cheese and crackers. We provided the champagne, and it was a fantastic girls day out! If I lived in Albuquerque, I would definitely be one of Janice’s regulars — she had great skin care advice and made it a fun afternoon for all of us.

I am visiting for the holidays from New York and realized a waxing session (full leg) was way over due. I didn’t think that I could love a place MORE than my regular place in NYC, but Janice’s personal touch, fantastic personality and professionalism made the whole experience pretty amazing. By some miracle she was less painful and more thorough than any wax I’ve had before. I left absolutely joyous and not even in a tinge of pain. Seriously, this place is magical. I love it and I’ll definitely be returning on my visits to New Mexico. Thank you Janice!
