Walked into this location tonight with my boyfriend to switch my phone plan to his and maybe buy a new phone charger and case, etc. Two representatives were inside acting all chummy with 5 – 6 other people in there. Wasn’t sure if they were being helped or just socializing. Felt like walking into a party we weren’t invited to. Not so much as a glance our way or a «Hello, we’ll be with you in a little bit» or even «So sorry for making you wait, would you mind waiting until we’re done here?». We basically stood around for 15 minutes being ignored by everyone in the store. I get maybe they were busy, but even a decent customer rep would have at least acknowledged us. Not happy with the service at this store at all so we just walked out and are going to a different Sprint store.

There’s only one store and one rep that I visit when I need new phones or need ANYTHING. Rio Rancho Sprint store, Renee is awesome! She’s always willing to help and has the best personality! She never leads me astray! Thank you for everything!
