Run, run, run to either FedEx or USPS just don’t stop at UPS! Shipped 3 boxes from here, UPS destroyed 2 of the 3 boxes. When we didn’t hear anything we tracked the shipments, since neither the store or UPS had the civility to call the customer and say we are sorry. Called UPS and they said not their problem call the store. Called the store and they said Oh Yeah UPS notified us but we are waiting on forms from UPS then we would have let you know, again never the words we are sorry. The boxes were insured, what about that? We have to wait for the forms once we get those we’ll call you.(Don’t call us we’ll call you attitude, sorry for intruding) They have absolutely 0 customer attention.

I called these guys in a crisis — I needed tri-fold brochures printed and delivered to a nearby hotel for a conference and the print shop that had been doing all my work had major equipment failure and could not complete the order. I had literally ZERO notice to give, it was near the end of the business day and the order was needed the very next day. Rick and Mark came through for me! I called them and explained the situation, and that I would need the brochures delivered ASAP to the hotel. I got an email from my contact at the conference that they received the order HANDDELIVERED at about 11:30PM! And although I have not seen them myself, I was told the brochures looked great! And all of this for a fraction of what it would have cost to have FedEx/Kinkos do it. Why would anyone go anywhere else?
