These gentlemen were quick and did an excellent job. No complaints. They are a little more expensive for an oil change but I will definitely go back.

I took my 2009GMCSIERRASLTPICKUP in for an oil change. While the employees were very courteous I had one issue which might have ruined my engine —- simply put THEDRAINPLUGSWASPUTIN «FINGERTIGHT» and not properly tightened with a WRENCH. A serious mistake indeed. I drove the 2.2 miles home, [parked in my driveway, went inside for approximately ONEHOUR and when I came out there was a «trail» of ENGINEOIL running underneath my truck and extending roughly three feet to the rear(I was parked on a slant). Investigation revealed the cause of the«oil leak». When I went back to Firestone to discuss the matter the formerly«courteous» so-called«Manager» was not so «courteous» and he was NOT the least bit concerned. He IMMEDIATELY told me, «…people try and pull this trick all the time.» He was implying I wanted a «refund»(I DIDNOTWANTNORDID I REQUESTSAIDREFUND). He then went into a long dissertation about«people trying to get new engines by blaming him and his technicians». MYTRUCK — even though a 2009 — has just over 17,500 and the engine was fine; I had NO reason to try and ‘scam’ this establishment. I do not drive much now that I am retired — so mileage is LOW. I asked ONLY that they apologize and I would be on my way; the«manager» refused, so I left anyway and went home and contacted Firestone DIRECTLY. They were VERY apologetic and told me they would handle the matter internally. It sounded to me as if this was NOT the«managers» first altercation with customers I called a week later and asked to speak with«Mike» the«manager» and found«Mike» was no longer at the location. He may have transferred, he may have quit or he may have been FIRED which was my sincere HOPE. I do not know — but at least HE is gone! Now if they had investigated to see which ‘technician’ left the plug LOOSE I would be happy as a lark; however, I do not know if this is the case. All I can do is hope! I will NOT return to this Firestone location because of this single episode; I just do not TRUST the employees.. There are other locations within my monthly travel schedule — I may use one of them — but I believe I will just let the GMC dealership handle the job as I had done in the past. I DONOTRECOMMENDTHISLOCATION. It may have been an isolated incident — but O do not are to experience the possibility ever againn.
