Honestly, I come here because it’s close to my house, they’re opened 24 hours and every now and then they carry what I am looking for. You would think it’s armageddon or the freaking apocalypse because they never (N E V E R) restock the shelves. It doesnt matter if you’re there to purchase, milk, diapers, tampons, a gun, a christmas tree, or socks, they NEVER have what you need, when you need it. Oye Vey.
I keep hearing about slick cashiers @ Walmart using the «cashback option» to take money from customer debit cards without their knowledge. Check your receipts, and Steer clear of worry. Use self check out.

Went to get my oil changed and the tire/​lube department had 1 cashier who didn’t know what to do and the other only doing sales on NON tire/​lube items. Stood in line 15 min, the 2^nd cashier (Melinda) refused to help with lube sales.
I don’t ever have a good experience here. The staff is unfriendly.
Took 2 hours check in to check out for my oil change to be completed

Saying the service at this location is subpar would be doing them a service. When asking for another one of their employees to even just page for help in another area I was told I’d have to wait till he finished helping someone who walked up after me. Way to go Walmart, I’ve tried to give you the benefit of the doubt but once again have proved me right.

This is my local walmart so I visit quite frequently.
I have to say that service is very poor.
People are lacking in the customer service skills and treat customers very poorly.
Had many issues checking out and being charged wrong even after I informed the cashier before hand that there was an issue. On my last visit a friend and I were shopping with our children and needed to buy a couple of outfits but needed to try them on.
The person working the dressing room was BEYOND rude her attitude was just disgusting.
We had 4 items each to try on, my friend has ⁶⁄₇ all together but only needed to try 4 of them.
She told us in the rudest voice that we could only take FOUR! We said ok. and my friend explained she wasn’t taking it all in. The woman grabbed my stuff and separated each item and shook it out to make sure I wasn’t hiding anything then looked me and my child up and down.
I tried not to lose it and let it go. I went into my dressing room and then my friend had to deal with the same ridiculous behavior. She again told her only 4 items and shook out all her clothes and then tossed aside the items that she was not taking in onto the floor.
When I came out she was not anywhere to be seen to I put my number back where it belonged on the desk and made my way to the front area there to wait for my friend. She suddenly popped up and was staring at me and my daughter counting the items to make sure were stealing anything. I walked away and put the clothes back I was not going to waste my money somewhere I am being treated like that. When my friend got out she was still rude. Then we started to be followed like mad. Everywhere we turned they were following us and staring at us. They made me not want to buy clothes there again my money can be well spent elsewhere.
Not to mention their produce and bread often spoil extremely quickly, they have poor quality meat choices, and the shelves are always poorly stocked.
Savings catcher is a joke!

Had a good experience today picking up sub sandwiches for a party. It was early and the deli staff was very nice and friendly and super helpful! I ordered way too much but it was reasonably priced. They tasted yummy too. I just wish they had condiments packets for the sandwich orders.

Stores gotten so bad it reminds me of Coors, before Rio Rancho got this store. Staff are unfriendly. No one wants to go out of their way to help. Asking for assistance gives you a longer wait in an already agonizing trip to the store. Don’t bother. Go to Smiths. Hell even albertsons but if you NEED to go to walmart (aka walHELL) go to Bernalillo. Their savings catcher is a joke. Out of about $ 2000 in groceries (with no price matching mind you) to save $ 26.00? Or a $ 500 shopping trip saves .97 cents?! While comparing to smiths sales? There is no way. I tested this program intentionally. Such a disappointment.

How do I say this… the Rio Rancho Walmart is literally the worst place to shop in the state! I drive an extra 8 miles to the Bernalillo Walmart because it is far cleaner and much better run. There are regularly lines of 6 – 10 people standing around with only 4 open registers. The self checkout is even worse. Why have 30 registers if less than 15% of them are ever open?

Watch your receipt, especially items marked as clearance. Today I had 3 clearance items and was overcharged $ 13.00. I immediately told the cashier, but since I’d already cashed out, I had to take my receipt to customer service and take a cash back credit (I’d rather it go back on my card).
Fortunately, my experience wasn’t all bad. Earlier I actually found employees working the floor AND they were polite and helpful:) usually, I wonder if anyone actually works here.
This Wal-​Mart is the one I frequent most often and it’s usually very busy.

I use this store weekly because the prices are right. It’s a WalMart and WalMart is what you get.
I find the staff generally very nice: the ones who aren’t nice disappear fast.
I love the idea of their new self-​check area but the computers go bonkers regularly and have to be cleared by the clerk.
The newly remodeled produce section is nice and they often introduce new and interesting fruits and vegetables.
Their restocking is pretty bad. I seldom go and find all the things (I’m talking about their regular items) which I want. Some areas look like a bulldozer had been run down the shelf. There will be four or five shelf labels in a row representing items which are completely out of stock. I find this especially bad in dry groceries and ladies clothing.

I have been using Walmart Stores for 25 years and in several areas of the US and this store is the worst managed of any I have visited. They have a bunch of employees who have worked for a period of time and then are made assistant managers. They are incompetent, follow each other around and look for trouble instead of helping the customers and making the visit pleasant. They are quite often out of food products and shelves are not kept stocked. These are common complaints with other people I have come in contact with.

Nasty people. Nasty store. Yuck yuck yuck!

This walmart location is 24 hours, has everything you are looking for… including full grocery store. The lines are decent for Walmart, but the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I actually enjoy coming here instead of dreading it. :)
