Under new ownership. They make good drinks but the guy who works up front is not happy and gets your order wrong.

Came here for coffee and breakfast while waiting for my car to get fixed. Very cute vintage interior, plenty of trinkets and old advertisements to occupy my bored eyes. Mother-daughter duo working were helpful, polite, and prompt, and my coffee and breakfast sandwich were tasty and delivered in a timely fashion for a reasonable price. Didn’t try any baked goods but they looked darn tasty in that display case. I hope to never have to spend 48 hours biding my time while carless in Ripon again, but if I did, you better believe I’m coming back for more coffee and such.

Decided to try this place out since I’d heard so many great things about it and was really disappointed. Went in the early morning and they had a great selection of baked goods. purchased the cinnamon bun and lemon bar. The cinnamon bun was pretty much as hard as a rock and the lemon bar tasted off… plus for just those two things it was over $ 6? Took a few bites out of both and threw both away

I had such a great first experience at Laurels! Super cute interior. The pastry case was clean, curated perfectly, and enticing. The coffee cake was delicious. I consider myself a coffee snob as select places in San Francisco are my grounds for quality coffee. I had a latte and was pleasantly surprised. For a super early morning, the barista was welcoming and we had such a nice chat. I can’t wait to come back!

I finally came to this fab little bakery and it is awesome! I love the décor and the blended mocha was excellent. I brought home a pecan roll and cream cheese brownie. I am waiting to hear how mom liked the pecan roll but the cream cheese brownie was TODIEFOR! It was also huge! I am impressed! UPDATE: I spoke to mom. She said that the pecan roll was the best pecan roll that she had EVEREATEN! This is coming from a woman who has over sixty years of pecan roll eating experience people!

Her café has a very delicious selection of pastries like their zuchinni bread for example. She has a variety of sandwiches for a decent price. The decoration just brings back a vintage vibe from the 60’s which works really well with the name of the place. Laurels Vintage Café is such a happy and welcoming environment!

Great place to grab some breakfast or a delicious pastry. Took my family there and everyone enjoyed what they had. Their biscuits and gravy are really tasty. The pecan sticky bun is incredible as well.

Had a pumpkin muffin today at pumpkin fair not impressed. Meet a nasty gentlemen from there today who I pray is not the owner but probably is. I will not be giving them any money.

Finally a good coffee and pastry café in Ripon. I got a pastry for each of the office staff(6) and so I got a little taste of all of them and everyone was scrumptious! Coffee is rich, not bitter.

Pastries were good. Sausage casserole was ok. Cute inside. Side of fruit was only cantaloupe. I just felt like there was something to be desired from the menu and the service. It wasn’t bad, just wasn’t great! Worth a try, but won’t be running back.

Really cool place a classic vibe with a modern contemporary twist in the menu. Very clean and great seating for either a group or an individual escape to study. Addicted to a drink they have called a «coco cluster» very good service that is friendly and inviting.

Okay so you gotta try the sticky buns… ridiculous! I’ve been to just about every bakery-café you can go to in this area and you can’t get anything close to that good! Plus, if your hungry, the breakfast pizza is amazing.

We were driving through this morning and once again using Unilocal to find a money and time worthy place to have breakfast. While reading the reviews we noticed they didn’t have a traditional breakfast menu. So we had to get out of our comfort zone a little. But the biggest attraction for me was the name. My best friends name is Laurel and i wanted to get a mug for her.(Mission accomplished). Back to the food… upon entering, the restaurant was clean and attractive. Cute retro decorations caught my eye. The front bakery cabinet was filled with yummies. We ordered the breakfast pizza, sausage casserole and the fruit cup. We loved the pizza. The sausage gravy was amazing. I do wish the bacon was chopped up. It was a pain cutting through it. But I made it. Lol. The fruit cup was watermelon. Cold and sweet. The sausage casserole was ok. If they were out if the pizza, that would be my next choice. The coffee was good and strong– perfect with crème and sugar. As we were leaving, they brought out fresh apple turnovers. These are my hubbies favorite, so we got one to go. He gave it a thumbs up. I wish we lived closer. We wish you all the best Laurel! Oh, the sweet lady out front was wonderful. She said she must started working for you, but we would have never known it. She has excellent customer service skills. Blessings to you all!

Food is okay — not great, but okay. Service however is TERRIBLE! There is nothing wrong with my enunciation, yet I had to state my order(egg salad on wheat and potato salad) THREE times in a row! When the order came, the egg salad was on white instead of wheat! Might be better off going to the Ripon Café down the street. ,

Great spot and good selection of things I want to try on the menu. This place just opened but, loved the Breakfast Pizza with a delicious sausage gravy that ties it all together. All the baked goodies visible on the counter window are temping too. Will return!

Super cute café! I’ve been several times already! Breakfast is very good! They have amazing coffee and cinnamon rolls! Lunch is great too! My daughter had a turkey club which she said was amazing. She also ordered a chocolate shake and my iced coffee was perfect! Everything I’ve had from their bakery counter has been unbelievable! There is a wait in line at times, but it is well worth it! I will definitely keep coming back again and again!

Well they haven’t been open a week yet so review is just off what we had experienced. Wanted a Turkey club but ran out turkey, which seem that wasn’t the only thing they ran out of. They didn’t have white bread or fruit. My daughter order ham sandwich and they forget to put ham on it. My other daughter ordered a red velvet waffle and after waiting 20 mins had to go ask the counter because they forgot to make it. The place is new, clean and nice but it’s busy and very limited on tables. Sitting outside next to stop sign as cars blow exhaust isn’t how I want to eat lunch in middle of day. The line was out the door with ppl wanting to try this place, although should have gone somewhere else and came back in month to see if they have everything a new business should have worked out.

While this place is decorated with cool 1950s and 60s stuff, it seems to lack the quality of some things. My wife and I went there for some ice coffee and it was very watery. I mean, very watery. Obviously, they just opened, but I expect more quality from my coffee. I did, however, think the service was great. But in the future, I may have to think twice about ordering coffee.

Super cute new café on the corner of bustling Main Street in tiny Ripon. Opening day was PACKED! Divine tasting treats, gooey pastries, and scrumptious sandwiches galore. I look forward to frequent visits!
