Mountain Mike’s Pizza

I like the pizza here but the prices are just getting too high. I ordered 2 medium pizzas (which by the way looked really small) and 1 large pizza $ 60 that order is like $ 10 higher then one of the other pizza places in town. You almost have to have them repeat the price to you cause you can’t believe how expensive it is the first time they tell you.

Francisco «the manager» is very rude and has just cost this franchise a local customer. I ordered a delivery at 745pm, a little over a hour later I called in at 850pm to see where the pizza was at, instead I get Francisco who was very annoyed I even called to check. The funny part was I never once asked to speak with the manager, I ask for the employees name to whom I’m talking to, and he proceeded to tell me I want to speak with the manager. So I said sure let me speak with the manager because you have a attitude problem. He proudly stated his position. Like it made any difference. Oh by the way This is the second pizza I’ve gotten cold and the second time I’ve had a rude experience with the same manager. The first time I let it slide because I figure the guy must be busy, but come on! You can’t handle it, or you give zero effort in caring about the image of this company. To the
owner of this location, you really need to get a hold of your employee. This one guy has cost you my business permanently. This is the only time I have ever wrote anything about any company on Unilocal.Good job manager!

Excellent service and a delicious meal! Thank you. Have been to mountain mikes in the past, but they never cease to amaze me. The bbq Hawaiian chicken was amazing.

We tried two different pizza flavors tonight, The Everest and Pineapple Chicken Luau, and both were so delicious! I recommend this place for a good tasting, affordable pizza without all the greasiness we’ve experienced in other local pizza parlors. I call ahead and they always have it hot and ready to go. Delicious and convenient!

I frequently eat at this Mountain Mikes for lunch buffet. The salad bar and pizza selections are always to my satisfaction.
The restrooms and dining room are always clean. The staff is always friendly, especially the new manager Ryan.

The pizza here is great and most of the staff is friendly and very hard working. Although, it’s very frustrating to me to be waiting for a while when everyone is working hard, but one person. A tall guy with glasses and brownish hair — does nothing. I don’t mind waiting a bit when a place is busy. But when one worker refuses to work… That’s another story. If I was Mountain Mike’s, I wouldn’t want to pay for that guy’s paycheck.

Mountain Mikes in Ripon has a great deal on Tuesdays (40% off large pizza) we often go on Tuesday and always enjoy their pizza. Salad bar is decent. Never have any issues with the staff, they all seem pretty knowledgable and helpful. I often order ahead of time and never have to wait for my pizza.

New manager could careless. Pizza has gone down hill. Dry. No sauce. Forgot items on pizza twice now. Heard manager boasting to other employes the sarcastic remark he told a customer on phone. You would think now 4 pizza parlor so in this small town they would care just a little. My second complaint. Won’t be back

Great pizza, everyone is super nice, the only problem is, very under-​staffed. It’s very slow here only because there isn’t enough staff and all the workers are pretty young. Don’t order delivery, it will take over an hour, just go in and take out or eat in. Other than that it’s a very nice place!

I always pick up my pizzas here, so can’t comment on delivery.
+1 star for having gluten free pizza crust right here in Ripon.
+1 star for the great customer service. The dining room is not always full, but their phone rings non-​stop, and those girls really hustle to take care of both call-​in and dine-​in customers, always professional, and with a smile.
+1 for really tasty pizza. I usually get the combination and it’s loaded.
+1 for a clean establishment and nicely appointed dining room.
Regarding the other two pizza joints in Ripon, one has great pizza but no gluten free, and the other has terrible, surly service, so, yeah… I think I’ll just keep coming here.

The guy that works there is very disrespectful and rude. When i asked for their deals he responded disrespectfully, this experience lowered their reputation as a establishment. So overall the staff or workers are rude

Bad experience with delivery. Waited 2 hours for our pizza each time we called they said its on its way and sorry about the wait. 2 hours and my family was starving. If they couldn’t deliver it on time they should of told us up front.

The garlic bread was very good, the small thin crust pepperoni pizza was very good, the small cheese pizza was… way too cheesy. I had to take so much cheese off to even have an edible slice. It was kind of gross. I posted a picture I took of it on the way home from picking it up.

We had lunch there yesterday and as always the place was clean. This is always important to me when going into a dining establishment. The variety of pizza was great. Had the salad pizza combo, well worth the money. Great customer service.

Stopped in for dinner last night before working a wedding gig with our photo booth. Large restaurant, clean, good friendly service, and the pizza was great. All in all a good find. And we enjoyed the leftovers after our long work day.

It’s a chain and seems to function accordingly. Pizza is reliably edible, albeit a bit spicy pepperoni-​wise. The place itself is fairly large, located at the corner pad of an aging strip mall. They have a partioned room off the the right side upon immediately entering for reserved groups. Not the most prettiest of joints, but seems clean and respectable. Small arcade area for the wiggle worms.

We get lunch delivered to my office from Mt. Mikes from time to time. My coworkers and I really like the Chicken club and the pineapple chicken Luau. They have decent pizza deals in the form of online coupons, mailers, and weekly specials (unlike the Round Table across the street).
We used to dine-​in here from time to time for their lunch pizza and salad deal, but have lately preferred RT’s lunch deal. The salad bar was small, but seemed fresh enough. There was rarely anyone dining in so you got your pick of the pizza buffet. Oh, and they have a big screen TV with a sign that says that «this TV must always be tuned to sports stations»…awesome!

Never get delivery ever!!! So slow service Shit I could of went and pick up that Shit it took them 1hour and 45mins what kind of Shit is that almost 2. This is my first time with mountain mikes delivery never again. The food is great I love the food hands down better then any other pizza places. Its just the service of delivery.
