I was shopping in the garden section, one of their sales persons Kelsie was very helpful and friendly. Kelsie referred me to a more experienced sales person that would be in the following day. Unfortunately others in the garden section are not so helpful. They seem unhappy in their jobs and it effects the atmosphere while shopping. One particular employee Joe Perdichizzi was very helpful and friendly. His customer service skills are the best I’ve seen in a long time. Thank you, Joe for your assistance, I wish I could say that for all the employees.

Two stars because of their return policy and customer policy. The store itself would probably be 4 stars because of their selection of garden items and stone. I purchased four pallets of stone landscaping blocks. around $ 2000 worth from this place. When the project was just about completed I had about 25 blocks left over of one size and needed 21 blocks additional of another size. I don’t think that’s a terrible amount to have left over of a project of that size. When I took the surplus blocks back they were going to charge me a 25% restocking fee. Which meant for every four dollar block that I purchased I received three dollars credit. With the additional blocks that I needed to purchase that left a credit of about $ 65. I was told that I had to use that credit to the store«today». Or lose it. I became a little upset with that considering the amount of money I’d spent there. I got a little loud and verbal and the employee said that he would talk to the manager. When he returned he told me they would credit the card that I had purchased the blocks with. Amazing! So just be forewarned about the 25% restocking fee refund policy and the return policy. The store’s policy is not ‘customer friendly’ at all. It is not the employees fault… the blame lies with the corporate office.
