Wow they sure went downhill over the last 6 months. Maybe they have new management we actually used to drive out of the way to come to this location. Today we order 2 cheese roll ups the kid even asked us how many… we said 2 he repeats it back several times… well guess what no roll ups and then he has the nerve to say nope their not on the order like we didn’t order them and wants to charge us. Get it together Kid and find a job that doesn’t require multitasking because you are not good at it. And mgmt. Please get this store back together like it used to be.

I swung by this Late Night Drive Thru off of 99 near Loves.
Ordered and ate Fiery Doritos Locos Tacos with no problems.
Well, I just ate them. Let’s see how I feel in the morning.
3 Tacos, 6 fire sauce packets and 552 total calories.
The premium seasoned beef seemed fresher than usual. Is that possible?
Note to Self: All meat sold in the U.S. is USDA-inspected, and «premium» doesn’t have an official meaning as a meat label; it’s just marketing-speak

The building is clean, the food okay, but the employees are really bad. I ordered the three taco combo with beans instead of meat and nachos.
They gave me two tacos with beef, one with beans, and forgot the nachos. They brought me the nachos and I showed them the tacos so they took them back to the kitchen to remake them. It took way longer than it should have, and when I saw the guy wrapping the tacos he turned around with the bag and dropped them on the kitchen floor. Then he had to remake them again. After 5 more minutes he handed me the new tacos and gave me a bag of churros, (I didnt order those, Im assuming he was trying to give them to me as an apology but they didnt apologize, so it was just him akwardly staring at me while he handed me my food.
Bad taco bell experience. Wait and find another one if you’re driving through.

Always friendly, fast service and the food is always great. This is the only Taco Bell in the area I will go to. The two in Manteca are awful (especially the one by KMart)

This is a fairly new Taco Bell, and when it opened, the service was really good. Quick, friendly, and accurate on orders. But about the last five times I’ve been there-awful! I actually have never been inside, but the drive thru line seems to take forever every time. And I can’t tell you the last time every single item was correct. I often add sour cream, and no red sauce on about everything. They can’t seem to get that right. And the service just seems to be getting worse and worse. So as you drive away being mad about the service, wait until you open your order…
