This particular bank has the most amazing customer service representative ever! Im not a PNC customer but I got an auto loan at a dealership with them. The company’s general telephone service reps aren’t quite as helpful though but
Samantha was! I walked into this bank after reading all the good reviews and she assisted me above and beyond what she had to-​to locate a refund from the auto company that had been applied to a different account.
I would definitely recommend this bank for people like her that work there!

A company is only as good as the people who work in it, and I have to say that the tellers and staff of this particular PNC branch are second to none. It’s great to go to a bank where people know you by name, truly are glad to see you, and willing to help you in any way they can. I’ve never had any problems from this bank having to do with my husband’s business, and they are always looking out for me. Now that’s a company to do business with!
