Burger King

This place is HORRIBLE. Horrible.
I work in food service and tend to be pretty lenient. You forgot my barbecue sauce EVERY SINGLE TIME? Fine, I’ll use what I have at home.
But when you screw up my order, I have to drive back across town to have it fixed, you don’t even bother to apologize, and then you screw my order about again and try to recharge me for it? I’m done.
This is the worst fast food restaurant in River Falls. They don’t give a damn what food they’re giving to who. And if you ask for something extra, like barbecue sauce for your chicken strips (I know, unheard of) don’t expect to get it.
I’ve given this place so many chances because I prefer it over McDonalds. But at least McDonalds can get my order right.

SPLIT REVIEW:
I am going to split this into two separate reviews. First is for anyone that eats at this BK location the second for parents with little kids.
TWO STARS:
So if you have a hankering for grease, and unhealthy fast food then you have come to the right place. Burger King can serve that up slower then any fast food place you will ever see. This location has always got my order right they just move so slow. Even when they are slammed my order will regularly take 3 – 4 mins! One thing they do get right is that it is always spic and span clean.
FIVE STARS:
For parents of small children you have to give this place 5 stars! They have the largest indoor play area I have seen at a fast food restaurant. In the winter the kids get all cooped up and have to burn off some energy. If you go to places like lookout Ridge in Woodbury or Giggle Factory in Hudson you will drop $ 10 – 13 for two little ones to play. At BK the whole family can eat for $ 10 and the kids can play for hours. I have to warn you to either bring some headphones or ear plugs because it gets so loud inside the play area.
My only complaints are with temperature control of the play area and the lack of free WiFi! BK needs to do something about the wifi both of their fast food competitors have free WiFi, of course they don’t have a giant play area, so sometime you just take what you can get.
