takes them a week and a half to process the payment if you pay by credit card. When we got our food it was cold and smashed in the corner of the to go box… never will have them do this it would be quicker and hotter if i just called the place and picked it up… tried them twice with the same results every time.

This is the best transportation service I have ever encountered with over the top customer service and genuine care towards others. My friend and I are out of staters and encountered a car accident. This service drove us over an hour to where we needed to go and offered additional help to fit all of our needs. I don’t know what we would’ve done without Tony. I would highly recommend this service to anyone for any use!!!

Food arrived hot within minutes of the time we requested.
They charge $ 10 to deliver from any restaurant. If the restaurant happens to be one of their «featured» restaurants (restaurants that pay them a fee) then the delivery charge is less, around $ 5 I think. We paid the $ 10 plus tip for the driver (who was clean, professional, on time) …worth every penny as we got to enjoy our favorite Hudson restaurant food without getting out of our pj’s. Perfect!
He left a card that indicates they will do just about any type of errand — food delivery, groceries, prescriptions, airport pick ups, etc.
Only wish they would deliver earlier, but as of now, food delivery doesn’t start untl 5:00.
Will definitely use again.
