I can’t believe no one has written a bad review about these guys yet.
By far the worst customer service at an auto shop I’ve been to so far. I gave them my BMW to replace the rear end. They told me it would take 2 days to finish. It took 5 day and several unanswered calls later. I had to drive there to find out what was going on.
Once I got my car home, I noticed one of my exhaust tips was missing. So I went back and asked them to replace it. They ordered a new one and said they would call me when it was in. A week later I went back and one of the owners said it came in, but his brother (the other owner) sent it back because he didn’t think that they should be responsible for it… So I give them my car with 2 exhaust tips, and they give it back to me with 1, and somehow they aren’t responsible for it.
A few months later I noticed the tires in the rear of my car were wearing unevenly. I took it to tire pros and had them do an alignment check. Everything was way out of alignment, even though Jensen supposedly aligned it and said it was perfect.
Long story short, I will definitely never go to this terrible place again.
