My mom bought me a Groupon for 3 massages. I wish I could remember the girls names. the first massage was great, I loved it. The 2nd and 3rd were just okay,(I had one girl for #1 and a different girl for #2, and #3.for the last two, it was an african american lady with blonde hair). She talked a LOT, so it was kind of hard to relax, but even more than that, it felt like she poured a whole bottle of oil on my body,(obviously I’m exaggerating a bit), but still, it was a LOT of oil. After she had the oil on her hands, she grabbed my hair to put it up in a messy bun, so after the massage was over it was all tangled and greasy. I even slipped on the wood floor as I was getting up. Then what really bothered me,…I had to sit in the waiting room for about 10 minutes, plus the time she welcomed me, I got undressed, etc. they ended up taking that time off my massage! Which was a ripoff. I don’t know if it was because of this certain lady(because for the 1st massage, this wasn’t a problem) or because this was a company policy or something, but my 1 hour massage should have been a full hour. But anyway, I know this probably isn’t helpful without the woman’s names, but I would give it a chance if it’s close-by and in your price range.

Ok, read through the reviews. Perhaps they were getting the kinks out. I had a massage last week with Brenda. It was excellent! The wellness studio is upstairs from the medical practice. It is nicely decorated and very calm environment. I get frequent massages for chronic pain. I will be back.

I was interested in purchasing a LS deal to this place so I called with JUST one question, Jessica didn’t know the answer so she put me on hold, I was on hold for 7 minutes then I was eventually hung up on. I’ve tried calling before and was unsuccessful(was on hold for a very long time, no one answered). They must be extremely busy, so based on these simple things, I don’t think this establishment is where I should be spending my hard earned hundreds $$.

I would have given this 0 stars if I could have because of the miserable service experience I had. I bought a Groupon but redeeming it proved very difficult. The online booking tool, which is very slow & cumbersome, shows no appointments available for Groupon customers for weeks in advance. When I call, I get no answer. When I finally reach someone, I get an appointment 4 weeks in the future and a request for my credit card info. Shady.

This morning I had an appointment at 8 am –9 am for a massage. I arrived at the business for my session to find the place closed, front door locked and hours of operation that were posted said open at 9am. I call after 9 and explain to whoever picked up that I am self employed and work 7 days a week and that I cleared my morning just for this massage and did not want to reschedule. Whoever this lady was, she did not apologize once for the inconvenience and basically told me it was not their problem when I explained I wanted the money back for the massage I never got. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. NEVERAGAIN
