I have to say sadly enough this is the ONE food stop on Harlem that seems to know the ADALAWS!!! The staff welcomed my service dog in training and was very polite even offering a glass of ice water for her! VERY impressed and great training job to the managers!

I forgot to go shopping for my lunch during the week and had to use this as a default. The lady at the first window was delivered great service, I got the«food» quickly but it was McDonalds. I felt my ancestors calling me after I ate it, ala Redd Foxx(the big one –Sanford and son) I try not making going here a habit but it was a pleasant experience due to the people not the food.

Not the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been too, but definitely not the best. The service here is always really slow. There will be like one person in front of me and I’ll still have to wait like 3 – 5 minutes to get my food when I had a simple order to begin with. Compared to other McDonalds, this place is one of the slowest locations I’ve been to.

This place have very bad customer service. I order a burger they pour extra salt on it, good thing I order a pop. I would have went in a diabetic coma.

Shouldn’t a closing time actually mean they close at that time? Closing 15 minutes before means they close at 11:45, not 12.

If I could give this place less than one star, I would. The customer service at the drive through was a joke. Ended up driving on through, I was so disgusted. When I got home, mentioned it to my kids who said, «well yeah, everyone knows that place is awful.» Guess I was the last to know…

I mean it’s Mc Donalds. The manager here is always pleasant and efficient, not a lot of seating, but then most people seem to do drive thru.

Yeah, I went to Mickey D’s. It’s called a Recession. It means stretch your money ’til W. and his posse mosey on back to Texas. And I didn’t spend any money. Free. Like a Unilocal!event without the cool people and questionable clothes. Had mad coupons for free Speciality Iced Coffee at McDonald’s which Lupe was not so happy to see the first day. Lupe runs these Golden Arches. You can see her half grimacing picture on the wall. It would’ve been more welcoming to see Grimace, though, the way she looked at me trying to get comp’ed. I guess the idea is McDonald’s is already cheap as Oklahoma red clay. Know how that gas fill up that was running aroung $ 45 three months ago but it’s now three times as less — for the same quality Saudi/Nigerian/Venezulan or Texan oil as before. It’s called Deflation. Well at least McDonald’s has economic standards. They give you a good idea it’s cheap meat. And, by God, it is. One of the 13 times I came in to get my free(too much) ice coffee — «vanilla, please» — I made the mistake and bought some meat product. Still, once you pick out that part of might-be-meat that stops you from fully chewing and swallowing, it’s decent. The people working inside — and some days, even Lupe — are cool. They don’t have time for customer service. This ain’t Burger King. It’s M. Diddy. Eat and leave now before the Hamburglar jacks you up. Yet, judging this place against other links in the chain, it’s superior and marginally clean. I’d definitely come back if I ever get more free coupons or on free coffee Mondays.
