We had reserved a waterside for 10am for a party that started at 11am. We were told that it would be okay even though they didn’t usually deliver until 11am. Day of the party they didn’t show up until 12:35pm!!! I called the number for the slides & the girl who answered was useless, she basically told me to call the guys who were delivering the slides because she had no idea. Call the delivery guys at 11 & they say they only deliver the slides between 11 – 12 & they were out delivering at the moment. When they finally show up the party is basically over since they were an hour & a half late! They let us keep the slide until the next morning which really didn’t matter nobody was there to use it! They didn’t offer any sort of discount & it’s not like they are cheaper rental place! I say go somewhere else for your rentals! (My receipt also shows they were suppose to deliver at 10am)

I ordered a Jumper for my daughters 2nd birthday and it was a princess theme with a slide inside. At the last minute I needed two tables and sixteen chairs. Junior made that happened. The boys that dropped and picked up the jumper were very polite and professional. Thank you for making this experience nice and smooth. Pricing was the best in town!

I have to give them props. I had a mix up at an event, and found out that linens were not provided. We could not set up our tables without, so I made a quick call to Esperanzas Rentals. Junior was very helpful and had my order ready in 15 minutes. I flew over there and they were all ready packaged up and ready to go. They even loaded them in my car. AND the cost was a fraction of Grand Events quote. The linens we rented were clean and nicely folded and were perfect for our company breakfast!
