Terrible office staff, don’t follow through with pre auths, never take the time to do a thorough exam, always have to call them for test results, they make me feel like they don’t have time for me or my symptoms aren’t important.

I’ve been going to dr lynch for over 10 years now. I chose him specifically because he’s an internist and I have high blood pressure. He’s an excellent doctor for this specialty, and has always done right by me and controlling my blood pressure with various medications and so forth. I absolutely adore the nurse practitioner that shares the practice with him, Stacey. What I can’t stand about this office is the entire front office. They literally never return phone calls, their attitude on the phone is that you’re bothering them, And they don’t pay attention to details. I needed a refill of my blood pressure medicine from target one time so target sent the fax to Dr. Lynch’s office to get authorization to refill it. Somehow the front office faedx authorization to Walgreens. Then target couldn’t fill my prescription because it’d already been filled at Walgreens! As I write this review I am currently haggling with the front office to get preauthorization for an MRI I need on my lower back. it’s been three days since the doctor said they would order one, but my insurance company still has not received a request from the front office staff. So I am living with chronic pain and don’t even have a request in for my insurance to deliberate yet! If it weren’t for Dr. Lynch and Stacey being so excellent I would be out of there in a heartbeat. The entire front office needs to be replaced.

Don’t go to this guy! I had a 9 pound tumor he did not find for years. Also very rude and doesn’t care about patients
