Buffalo Wild Wings

I love buffalo wings, but wings should be a no brain event. It is just strange making rules & activities to go along with eating. Keeping it simple works best for me. Beer + wings = happy. Staff seems stressed to hit all these memorized points of script. The wings were okay.

Went there for the first time yesterday (2016-​05-​12) around 11pm, they’re open until 1am. I think I just found my new favorite late night eatery when I’m not in the mood for Mexican. The menu is quite extensive, the boned /​traditional wings are larger than any other place I’ve seen, quite a number of sauces, and I found their fries to be excellent. I guess the only negative I can think of is it is pricer than other wing options but I can’t give them a –1 star for that since it’s right there on the listing at $$ and you do leave extremely full so you get your value.

Worst Buffalo wild wings ever it took over an hour to order our meal and they didn’t send us the right order it was also cold we asked for a manager the manager finally came and he was hiding the girl totally denied it and said it was our fault so we left the restaurant never go to this Buffalo wild wings the other ones are way better

At this Buffalo Wild Wings, the service we get is always crappy. The server always forgets about us. The last few times we came in its taken 30 minutes after we are done eating for our server to ask us if we are ready for the check. Or we get the opposite. We’ve been in to watch a soccer match and the server that time wanted us out of there as fast as she could. We keep giving them chances but I think we’ve had enough. Only come to this location if you don’t have plans afterward.

There was no wait when we arrived. The hostess acted put out at our request for a booth. Then told us the waiter would be a while and to not get mad. They were out of the 2 appetizers we wanted. Took forever for food.

The service here is aweful. I know it takes a while to cook chicken however its crappy when you cant get a drink refill. Also when the bill came i paid with $ 100 bill and my waitress christina brought me the wrong change. So i went up to her and asked for it and she pullrd it right out of her batman wallet like she knew exactly what she was doing.

After reading other people so called reviews. some of you are trippin! I’ve been to this location plenty of times and service has been good. The time to get our drinks and food was in reasonable time.
It is common sense that if a place is slow your service will go quicker compared to rush hour times such as lunch and dinner times. Patience is the key here folks. Obviously, some don’t have common sense and patience. You’re in a sports wing restaurant!

Many other people were served before us. It took an hour to for her to bring the wrong wings. Then after another half hour of waiting they told us it was our fault for «miscommunication». We decided to leave because not even the manager was helpful. This BWW is well below the standard for BWW.

For guys, I love Buffalo Wild Wings with my friends. Good place to just go and watch a game and hangout. We also went on $ 0.60 wing night so that’s always great. I have no complaints about the food at all. I got some wings and loved em.
I do have to add in here that we went on a Tuesday evening kinda late so there was probably 12 other customers in there, and the service was exceptionally slow for some reason. We didn’t order a whole lot and there was only 4 of us so it’s not like there was a lot to prepare. Waitress was nice and good was great when we got it. Just slow. Maybe an off night I don’t know.

Poor service. They wouldnt even acknoledge me sitting at a table so I had to sit at the bar!!! Wasnt even busy.

This location is a little bipolar. One week we will go and have excellent service, the next week we go and we get ignored. One week the wings are perfect, next time they are gross. My favorite thing to do is to get a large wing plate and pick out a few flavors and then share all of it with my husband. It’s enough for two people (and even leftovers sometimes) and then you get to try a few flavors. With that being said, we’ve tried soooo many of the flavors. A lot of the sweet are too sweet! And a lot of the spicy are way too freakin’ spicy. So my favorites are the Honey BBQ (much better than the sweet BBW, but doesn’t have too much heat like the spicy BBQ have) and the Spicy Garlic. We generally get these two flavors every single time now and then we mix it up with another flavor or too. I’ve also always enjoyed the potato wedges here, but last time they came out in a super small basket so I felt ripped off.
Also, their take out/​to-​go option is pretty great. We call ahead, pick them up, and make it home with hot, delicious wings. And then you can buy your own 6 pack of beer at the convenient store since BWW charges an arm and a leg for any of their beverages. Whenever I go here I want a beer with my wings, but I refuse to pay their ridiculous prices. Plus the last beer my husband had was room temperature and when we told the waiter he did absolutely nothing about it. Gross, I want my beer cold.

I don’t know where to start. To get seated although many tables where or at least looked available. After ordering Simple appetizer we waited over an 45min. for a simple wing order. The staff is very nice but it seems like the kitchen can’t keep up. Don’t come if you’re hungry and ready to eat.

I always love coming here, but the service isn’t the greatest. It’s kinda pricy for very few wings, unless you go on a Tuesday or Thursday for their wing specials. I wish they had more specials more often, or even coupons. Food is always delicious though. They are great when it comes to big parties. They need to do call ahead seating.

If live sports didn’t exist, neither would this bdubs. I’ve been to BWW all over the country and this location is off par. Besides our group, there were probably another 15 customers in the entire restaurant and it took probably 40 – 45 minutes for our food to come out. My burger and fries were both cold. The wings are good, but very pricey for the amount of food you get.
The music is loud, which I get – it’s a sports bar, but you can’t really very on a conversation with anyone not sitting next to you unless you’re yelling.
Our server was nice and refilled our drinks as needed, no complaints there. I’ve probably been here 5 – 6 times and each time I question why I came back.
Again, it’s a good place to watch live sports, don’t expect much more than that.

Restaurant was clean, staff was very friendly. Our dinner took a little long to prepare but was worth the wait. The margaritas were FANTASTIC. Our waiter Tyler was great, he checked on us often to make sure we had everything we needed. Will visit again when I am back in the area.

It’s a Buffalo Wild Wings so what you see is what you get. I would give them one more star if they hadn’t gotten rid of the primary reason I liked coming to this place — Evolution Amber beer on tap.
The patio is great. It’s on the east side of the restaurant and I really like sitting out there. Downside is that they are typically BLARING the TVs. We asked them to be turned down and they accommodated.

As much as I enjoy waiting for 10 minutes at the takeout counter, in an empty restaurant, for someone to take my order I must say this place is abysmal. I’ve been to Buffalo Wild Wings locations all over the country, this place takes the shit-​cake. No less than 7 workers socializing while I wait to order? Really? The person who took my order looked like she hated her existence and barely spoke to me. Not a single smile in the joint. Well I take that back, the group of workers, not helping me, talking about the new Avenger movie looked mildly amused.
Bravo management.
Not only this, but my medium order of boneless wings was only 50% coated in sauce. Additionally, the wings were barely warm when I received them.
This location needs to get its shit together.

I used to like going to BWW when I lived in Washington, so when this was built here I was pretty happy. I heard nothing but bad stories when it opened, so I didn’t visit until about a month ago.
I walk in and there isn’t an employee in sight. I walked back to the bar area and sat down. Employees went in and out of the back. I could hear them laughing and talking to each other, and then they’d come back out and wipe tables. It took 15 minutes for one of them to acknowledge me and take my order.
I ordered a Johnny’s IPA from Moab Brewing. They either brought me something different, or the tap lines were dirty. It’s a beer I’ve had many times at numerous bars, so I know what I was served was incorrect, old, or just spoiled somehow.
When my wings came out, they had almost no sauce. 2 of them actually had no sauce. It took them about 10 minutes to come back around so I could ask for some more sauce cups, which I was charged $ 1 for despite having shown the girl that my wings had almost no sauce.
On top of everything, the music was insanely loud. As loud as a dance club.
I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but this is the worst restaurant in the Ogden area. BWW corporate should take a look at this Unilocal page or poll some recent customers or something. I feel like with competent management, this could be as awesome as the locations in Washington. At least we have WingNutz!

Tried the place four times over the last few months.
3 of us sat down and waited 40 minutes with no service. Despite asking several servers to get our server. Nothing. Walked out.
Terrible service every time my friends want to «give it another chance».
Food is mediocre at best… If you can get service.

I wish I could give less than one star. I had just driven all the way from New York to move out here. When I finally arrived to Roy, I was dying for a cold beer to sip and maybe something small like an appetizer. I walked into this location on Riverdale. It was quite early in the afternoon, maybe 3:30pm — there were only maybe 4 or 5 tables seated having lunch/​dinner. I walked down and took a seat at the bar. Waited literally 15 minutes and was never greeted by anyone. I watched as employees walked past me, giving me looks like «what the hell is a customer doing in here?».
I’m big on service, and at a bar — guests should be greeted within 30 seconds or less from sitting down. I gave them 15 minutes. As I walked out, I noticed the manager standing there chatting with his employees and nonsense. I say to him: «I waited 15 minutes at the bar and nobody greeted me». …he just stared at me and said nothing. I said: «You don’t care that money is literally walking out your door?» …again NOTHING.
I doubt this location will survive very long. Went down the street to chilis, was greeted instantly by extremely friendly and well trained staff. Had a great lunch there.
