Everyone, Look what this company’s private message response was to my review:
«You need to know the company you ride with before you give reviews. Idiot. My car is always clean and I am sure that I don’t smell badly. I even have customers to seat in the front with me on regular basis. If you will get off drugs then you will know what is going on around you. You have never ride in my vehicle. Again idiot».
Again, poor customer service, no apology, accusing me of being stupid/​on drugs, and denying I was ever in their cab!
This is why Unilocal exists. To expose crappy companies with terrible service.
Update: The owner has continuously harassed me all day and continues to message me and call me names and is trying to anger me. Such bad business… Such a shame.
