We had a horrible application process with this company.
We were told that the application requires several documents to complete (eg W-​2) yet there was no where to submit these documents on the application. We had to place several calls to learn who to email these documents (containing sensitive information) to.
Over the course of more than a week they contacted numerous employers and landlords from our past, and then we did not get the apartment. Their policy is first come first serve based on your application finishing. Although you may quickly apply first, it is up to your employers/​landlords and the company itself to finish your application first.
