I LOVE Dr. Killebrew. Straightforward, friendly, brief, and she actually listens to you. Everything you need in a lady doctor and nothing you don’t. I did have some issues with my last prescription. It wasn’t sent in anywhere, and I had to call the office in a panic trying to get them to send it, which was a little frustrating. The staff is really hit or miss. I’ve called and been helped quickly, and other times been on hold for more than 30 minutes. I’ve emailed and received a reply within a few days, and other times the reply has taken over a week. All in all, the sometimes flaky staff is so worth Dr. Killebrew. She is the best Dr. and very kind.
