I really like Dr. Tanpattana! She’s very thorough and not only great for regular eye visits/contact lens exams but I also had a scratch on my eye from a fragment of glass(very tiny) that had made it’s way into my eye. She prescribed drops and it was relieved fairly quickly. I definitely recommend this location! Very nice.

I was very pleased with the service I received at this Pearle Vision. Tracey worked very hard to get all of my insurance information together. She and other staff members went above and beyond to ensure I got the best deal. In addition, they put my 10 year old son at ease by helping him pick out a pair of glasses that fit his face and his taste. I couldn’t be happier!

Please spare yourself the pain and expense of visiting this store. I went in for a regular contact lens exam. Alarm bells should have gone off when I was offered two extra tests not covered by insurance for«only» $ 40 each. During my exam, I was diagnosed with some sort of invisible corneal issue that just so happens to be the result of not taking out your contacts every day(I told her I wear monthlies, which I take out and sanitize every week as instructed) It also so happens that I don’t have medical insurance(only vision) so they decided to charge $ 99 for an «office visit,» plus another $ 99 for a follow-up visit, and only then can I MAYBE get the contact lens exam that I asked for! I was then given a sample of antibiotic drops and told to use them every two hours. The directions on the box say to use them only two times a day! I was also told I could not delay my follow-up visit until my new medical insurance kicked in(I guess so they can charge me more than they can charge my insurance company – I declined.) I get that it is their duty to detect eye problems, but this seems like a scam to me. Maybe they are totally in the right here, but I won’t be back to find out!
