Great experience! Excellent, caring doctor (something you don’t always find together). My son is back to playing ice hockey, we are very pleased with the results! He even took the time to help him with his new skates. Great office management and wonderful helpful staff!

He didn’t understand that wearing giant neon sneakers with reflectors on them aren’t appropriate to wear to work. He insisted that I buy New Balance, then when I did he said it was the wrong shoe and sent me to Aetrex, where nothing fit properly. The first pair or orthotics he made couldn’t bear my weight and combined with the Aetrex sneaker immensely contributed to my knee and hip pain to the point that I just couldn’t do it anymore. He then made a second pair that were way too narrow for my feet, resulting in blisters. Both were way too thick to properly fit the depth of any shoe or sneaker.
I went for another opinion and was informed that orthotics aren’t a proper solution for me and my best bet is to wear anything that mitigates my pain. I wish I knew this to begin with before spending so much money and suffering through months of pain.
