Walmart Supercenter

Very rude staff and very ratchet. I have been to a lot of Wal Marts but this one is just too unprofessional for me. I don’t even feel safe getting out my car.

This Walmart has to be the nastiest Walmart I have ever been to in my life. I am a true lover of Walmart I think of it as my second home because I’m in there so much but this Walmart just disgusts me. I’ve seen way too many roaches. The big fat ones that fly. The cashiers are all so nasty to you. Everyone has a attitude and they look at you like your bothering them. I honestly hate this Walmart

I went to self checkout and I didn’t like the way the cashier who was running it acted. I didn’t get the woman’s name, and nor do I intend on going back to get it since I won’t be shopping at that Wal-​Mart ever again. As a customer for the past 15 years I was disappointed by the treatment I got when I went to the self checkout line. First the woman accused me of shoplifting, not outright but she noticed an item in my bag that didn’t scan but I didn’t know it didn’t and she pulls it out and scans it. And when I tried to be nice and laugh it off she was rude and just walked away! Okay I can get if people shoplift or try to pull fast ones a lot but no need to treat everyone like they are a suspect. Let me also say this woman didn’t even speak or smile when I came up to the self check out line in the first and only bluntly said the machine I was using for cards only. But then when I did try to pay with my AMEX card, I swiped it and it said something about slide it somewhere else but I didn’t know what it was talking about. The cashier rudely says I had to press the form of payment first which I did but it still wasn’t working after that so she said it wasn’t accepting it but as I told her I had at least a thousand dollars on that card, but she just said rather bluntly again, that it still wasn’t going through like I had a reason to lie or something and couldn’t charge like $ 7 worth of merchandise. It took a customer to inform her that I had to put the card in the bottom of the machine, which as a cashier is something I felt that she should have known already instead of being rude to me.
Yes I can understand not liking your job (Been there, done that) but when you are waiting on customers you need to act like it’s the best job in the world! I’ve heard about problems with this Wal-​Mart before but this is the first time I’ve ever experienced any!
