Worst shopping experience ever. Ordered a kids backpack online for«in store pickup» after 4 hours i received notification that my product was ready for pickup. It was too late to get so i went the next morning. I got to the store and after waiting at customer service, was told to head to the back of the store for online pickup. After shopping for a few minutes, i went to the pickup spot and waited. And waited. And waited… Employees came and went and asked if i was being helped but unfortunately none of them could help me. I actually called the store phone number to request assistance after 10 – 15 min of waiting. Someone came by and actually scolded me for being impatient, and actually told me how retail works, that they would get to me when they were free. Keep in mind it’s 11:30am and there were dozens of employees NOT helping anyone. Finally Carol came to assist me. She got me my product. I asked her if i could pay for my photo prints while i was there and she said that she couldn’t and that someone from photo would have to do it. So i proceeded to photo where i waited AGAIN! Guess who the photo associate was! CAROL! So rather than walk over with me to assist me she decided to help the others waiting for online pickup even though i was first and waited a hell of a lot longer than them. I then went to customer service for help and Mark was actually trying to help by walking me back to photo to try to figure out how to charge me. During this time Carol came back to photo and rather help to expedite me, she proceeds to help ANOTHER customer! As that customer paid and was on their merry way, i gave up and left without my photos. 45 minutes in that store. I’m never shopping Walmart again. Horrible customer service, horrible mismanagement…
