Decent customer service. Just be sure to call your credit card company in advance that you are planning to make a big purchase here(anything over $ 1K) otherwise Bose will reject your card and they can’t swipe the same card again. Annoying? Yes. But it’s only for your protection. I guess Bose is a big target for fraud during the holiday seasons.

If I could give this one star I would. This was a complete waste of time, I was there for an hour looking around for someone to help me, asking for someone to help me but nope nobody bothered to come. I would never step foot at this nose again. Complete waste of time, horrible employees. I will be taking my business else where.

Bose stores remind me of Sleepy’s stores… Explain to me how this place still survives, and then convince me why it should still exist, and maybe I’ll toss this waste of real estate with good-quality products another star.

i recently went to the bose store to buy a pair of headphones. i have a big screen tv and a bose surround sound system in my bedroom and i like to whatch tv at night, i find it relaxing. unfortunately it was killing my marriage as my wife complained all the time every day that the tv was too loud. so i finally broke down and went to the bose factory store outlet in tanger mall in riverhead. the salesmen were extremely helpful and friendly. they did not try to hard sell anything at all i asked about the different headphones and what the differences were. the salesman was super helpful. i settled on the bose quitecomfort 15 noise canceling headphones se. i cant be happyier and so is my wife who does not have to listen to the tv at night. my store experience was great. i would highly recommend the bose products as well as the bose store in riverhead at tanger.
