So, my son and I were shopping for some work clothes for him. We had been to a number of stores looking for men’s suits, shirts, belts, etc. The salespeople were so concerned with stocking shelves that they didn’t give us any attention. After chasing them down at a few locations, they would bring us one item and walk away quickly.

Feeling a bit frustrated, we stopped by Kenneth Cole. We were immediately greeted by Shanae with a smile and a good opening line. My son said he started a new job and needed some dress clothes. She sized him up with her eye and gave him a suit to try on. She stayed with us! She switched up some sizes and made great suggestions. We left with three suits and a feeling of satisfaction.
Shanae was pleasant, professional and made you want to buy from her. Kenneth Cole: reward this woman! She is quite an asset!!!
