These people are horrible. I took off a day of work and they were supposed to show up between 8 and 12. The rude person who answered the phone says they forgot to put me on the calendar. Stay away from these crooks. All they did was waste my time.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a service provider. Customer service is non existent and they don’t know how to repair appliances (3 trips and it still isn’t working. I agree with Larry R. They should be banned by all manufacturers. Beware, you don’t want to do business with this company.

Simply said, this business should be banned by all manufacturers as their ‘authorized service center’. They are impossible to reach by phone, have had an appliance of mine in for repair, which they initially made worse than when I brought it in, and now have made excuse after excuse about the status of the repair. Shameful.
