Sleepy’s

This is the 2^nd purchase I’ve made at Sleepys in the past month. Great deals! Nate was extremely knowledgable and helpful. I was purchasing a bed for my elderly father who suffers from lower back pain. Nate inquired about his weight to figure out what mattress would be the most supportive. I never even took that into account. Thank you so much! We are really looking forward to him getting some relief! Thanks again Nate, you’re the best!

Surprised but worst experience. Will never go to this store again. Went in and picked a expensive mattress and salesman did not know how to work the computer. He was too busy talking about himself to watch what he was imputing into the computer. Took FOUR tries to fill out the long form before he got it right (well we thought). Promised delivery next day. Went home and looked online at
and the price online was $ 100 LESS and he charged us delivery when it was FREE on their website! We called first thing in morning, back and forth with corporate and home store. Thought it was worked out (gave back money) and we waited for delivery for 4 hour window. Guess what? They cancelled delivery after corporate called to say everything is fine so no mattress for weekend. We are now waiting for the delivery again and phone rang and said they will be later than the 4 hour delivery window today! NOT HAPPY! PLEASE go in to look but then go home and price check and make sure they give you free delivery on receipt. You can not trust saleman to give you best deal, slimy. Delivery guys just came and very nice. Mattress looks great but the process was NUTS!

The woman who was working in the showroom helped me to find the perfect mattress and was very patient and knowledgeable about all of the different types and styles of mattresses. She patiently worked with me to try many of the models in the store before I decided on which to buy.
There was a small miscommunication about when my mattress would be delivered. However, a team of people from Sleepy’s helped to fix the problem right away. Sleepy’s truly went above and beyond not only helping to find the perfect mattress but also providing outstanding customer assistance IMMEDIATELY after the problem arose. They were very polite and professional even though I was upset.
Now that the mattress has been delivered I am extremely pleased with my purchase. They will have my business in the future!

Robert at Sleepy’s couldn’t have been better working with my wife and I. We found the right product for us and felt attended to without the dreaded «salesman pressure». We left not purchasing a mattress only to return a week later realizing we had found the correct combo of product and service. I went to this location in search of a new mattress for our house in East Quogue and our regular residence in Staten Island. I have not been mattress shopping in over 13 years. I had somewhat of an idea what I wanted, but did not know where to start. Robert my salesperson made the whole experience so pleasant. Once I picked out the mattresses that I wanted he went out of his way to give a great deal, even adding on some extras. I ended up using the great 0% financing deal the are currently offering.
